The upsideof Kerio Connect is the ability to be able to access the back end of the service. It is helpful to be able to check on issues our customers may be having. It is very intuitive and flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unfortunately, Kerio Connect does not integrate well with other systems. If you need to tie into calendars or other systems using an API, the system can be a bit buggy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy integration with multiple platforms. When logging into the webmail interface, there's a link for automatically downloading and installing profiles to your specific device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The admin console is very slow and buggy. Using Chrome on a Mac, the email user list shows the same user address for every entry.

Most recently, a bug in their system prevented us from paying invoices online. This was a problem because we couldn't add a new user without paying the pro-rated invoice. It took more than a week for them to allow the new user to be added without paying the invoice. It then took another several weeks before they solved the payment problem.

The spam filter/interface is unwieldy. Also, I often find the spam notification emails IN THE SPAM FOLDER.
