They were punctual in responding to provide helpful insights to help me set things up correctly and, more impressively, their follow-up to ensure that I could accomplish the tasks I needed their assistance on. A few times, I got busy on other projects and didn't follow up with them immediately, nor was I able to implement the steps they provided. Titan continued to reach out at regular intervals (which was neither pushy nor annoying) to ensure I succeeded with their instructions. This means I can use the app in a much less limited way. The ability to get opened email notifications is nice too. Would probably prefer if it were in client, not notification based, so that you could easily see in your sent emails which have been opened and which haven't. **What do you dislike about Titan?** There are many downsides but a lot of these are due to it being relatively new. The mobile app for example makes it hard to just swipe away emails to delete or mark them as unread. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about Titan?** What I like most is that I can use a professional email with my company's domain, which makes a good impression of professionalism and organization for my potential customers. Another good point is that I have easy access in my smartphone through the app. **What do you dislike about Titan?** What I don't like about Titan's email is the fact that it is still difficult to organize the threads on the cell phone and the fact that I can make few modifications or customizations in the layout; for example, I would like more options for dark colors because I have astigmatism and the white screen sometimes damage my eyes. **What problems is Titan solving and how is that benefiting you?** Titan email helps me to communicate professionally with our company domain, this gives me credibility in presentations and contacts, which is a great benefit. I think the price is fair for the benefits. ### 48.
