Earlier, Queries used to take a little longer to get resolved, now the queries are being addresses more promptly, which is an improvement. Keka is working much better compared to earlier. The quries could be resolved a little more promptly. At present, it takes some time to receive a response from the support team, so i often have to call Abhimanyu directly to get an update or resolution. improving the response time would make the overall support experience more efficient. Honestly, the best thing about Keka is that people actually use it. The UI/UX is straightforward enough that new joiners can figure things out on their own. The integrations with our other tools also save us a lot of copy-pasting between systems.

Performance has been solid for us, and it doesn’t slow down even when everyone is logging in around payroll or during leave season. On pricing/ROI, we get a lot of modules in one place, and the hours we’ve saved on manual HR work easily justify the cost.
