One limitation is that the admin cannot undo a cancelled penalty. Payroll not getting processed due to RBI regulations 4. No option to add monthly incentive seperately, needs to be added as Adhoc payment in monthly salary which shows as only incentive in the payslip and not Incentive for the month of April 2025. Also if any figures are added, they get added to the CTC which in turn changes the CTC figure. 5. CA raised a concern that tax figures deducted in the last FY vs the amounts reflecting on system now are different 6. The max limit shown in "My declarations" are wrong 7. The CTC structure doesn't show PT in deductions which adds to confusion 8. The payroll reports doesn't give accurate figure in Total CTC, you need to add PF amount to get the right figure 9.
