# What are the top employee engagement solutions?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I’ve been looking into top <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/employee-engagement">employee engagement</a> solutions because we’re trying to get a better sense of what actually works when you think about engagement across feedback, recognition, and communication together.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Ideally, we’re looking for something that can:</p><ul>
<li>Help us understand how employees are feeling over time</li>
<li>Make recognition more consistent and visible</li>
<li>Improve communication across teams</li>
<li>Be something people actually use without being reminded</li>
<li>Scale as the team grows</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">A few tools I’ve come across:</p><ul>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/culture-amp/reviews"><strong>Culture Amp</strong></a> seems really strong on surveys and insights. Curious how teams move from insights to actual changes.</li>
<li>I’ve seen<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/lattice/reviews"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/lattice-lattice/reviews"><strong>Lattice</strong></a> come up when engagement is tied closely to performance. Not sure if that makes it more effective in practice.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/workvivo/reviews"><strong>Workvivo</strong></a> looks more like a communication and culture platform. Wondering how actively teams engage with it over time.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/bonusly-bonusly/reviews"><strong>Bonusly</strong></a> feels simple and focused on recognition. Does that simplicity help with long-term adoption?</li>
<li>And<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/connecteam/reviews"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/connecteam/reviews"><strong>Connecteam</strong></a> seems tailored for distributed teams. Curious how it compares to more traditional tools.</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">If you’ve used any of these:</p><ul>
<li>Did you rely on one solution or combine multiple tools?</li>
<li>Which one made the biggest day-to-day difference?</li>
<li>Anything that worked better than you expected?</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p>

&lt;p&gt;I think what seems to make the biggest difference is how well the tool fits into everyday workflows.&lt;/p&gt;
