**What do you like best about Keephub?**

I mainly use Keephub for internal communication, and I really like that users can easily see everything at a glance, and the platform is very easy to use. I love having everything in one clear overview and being able to decide exactly what content to add; it looks great too. I use Keephub often for managing our corporate business trips. It makes it so easy to assign checklist items to attendees, use the group chat, share itineraries, and send out important updates about the trip. Also, as a marketer, we frequently organize events, and Keephub is the perfect platform to share our projects and achievements with the rest of the company. The initial setup was really easy and fast.

**What do you dislike about Keephub?**

I don’t have something in specific

**What problems is Keephub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Keephub for internal communication, managing business trips, sharing itineraries, and organizing events with ease. Everything is seen at a glance, making the platform very easy to use, and allowing clear content management.

**What do you like best about Keephub?**

I find Keephub incredibly useful for international communication and task management. It acts as a central hub where all company information comes together in one place, which has simplified our workflow significantly. One of the standout features is Kai, the built-in AI assistant, which allows our employees to get the right information instantly, saving a lot of time and reducing daily friction. Since everybody works from the same information, miscommunication has dropped significantly, and our team responds faster to messages and tasks. Employee engagement has also improved because people feel more connected to what's happening in the company. There has been a clear reduction in missed deadlines and unnecessary back-and-forth. Keephub's intuitive platform was quickly adopted across our team without much effort. I would recommend Keephub to any organization struggling with scattered information or low employee engagement. The combination of a central information hub and AI-powered search makes it a powerful tool for any modern team.

**What do you dislike about Keephub?**

Nothing that can be improved. Works great!

Keephub centralizes scattered information, enhancing communication and task management. Kai, the AI assistant, provides instant info, saving time and reducing daily friction. We are very pleased with our contact with the Keephub employees. Whenever we have questions or something is unclear, we are always helped quickly and effectively! The platform itself also offers many possibilities for our company and is well-organized and clear.

We use Keephub for our internal communication and can, for example, also announce our store contest on this platform. Keephub helps us think through the possibilities in this regard.

It’s user-friendly when it comes to adding information, videos, pictures, and more. I also like how it looks overall.

It hasn’t turned out to be quite the all-in-one hub we expected it would be for our company.

**What do you like best about Keephub?**

Keephub is much more than a communication tool for us. It’s a platform that brings Operations communication and HR together in one place. Instead of juggling separate tools for updates, policies, onboarding info, and day-to-day operational messages, we can manage it centrally and keep everyone aligned. That saves a lot of time, reduces admin overhead, and helps teams stay consistent across locations.
The platform is easy to use, quick to roll out, and practical for both office teams and frontline users. The UX is clean and structured, so it’s simple to find the latest information and avoid working with outdated instructions. On top of that, the smart (AI-driven) assistance helps us create clearer messages faster, polishing wording and summarizing longer content, so communication and HR updates are easier to produce and easier to consume. Support is also excellent: fast responses, proactive thinking, and a real “we’ve got you” mindset.

**What do you dislike about Keephub?**

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike. If I had to mention something, it’s that there’s a lot you can do within the platform, so it can take a bit of time to discover all possibilities and set everything up exactly the way you want. But onboarding is solid and support is very hands-on, so you get up to speed quickly. Overall, any downsides are minor compared to the impact.

Keephub helps us save time and costs by centralizing operational communication and HR information in one platform. It reduces duplication (and the need for multiple tools), keeps information consistent, and makes it easier for employees to find what they need without chasing people or digging through old messages. The AI-driven features help us turn longer or more complex updates into clear, short messages faster, which speeds up adoption and reduces follow-up questions.

The mobile app is very user friendly. The development of the platform is very good and innovation is an good topic within Keephub

**What do you like best about Keephub?**

I used Keephub in one of my previous companies. One thing which I like the most is its Interactive and User-Friendly features. The HR team and company updates were now just a click away. If one had doubts, the request submits part was present as well. Overall, I think it was a good experience with Keepup!

**What do you dislike about Keephub?**

Initially, i took me some time to explore and get to know the platform because of its many features. Thus I think the interface can be made succinct and above-all eye-pleasing for the user. Rest everything was good enough, didn't face any significant issues.

**What problems is Keephub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To me, i think it is playing as an engagement platform of the organization to its employees. And I think that is a significant and organized way to communicate and update the workforce!! Also, it is helping in diverse ways, for eg different departmental information can be received here on this platform, for me, it was the HR, Operations, and Marketing departments!

**What do you like best about Keephub?**

It's easy to set up and works very intuitively. It's very easy to reach anyone you want whenever and wherever you want!

**What do you dislike about Keephub?**

I would love to have more customization optios in styling.

**What problems is Keephub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a hard time reaching everyone in our company. Because not everybody works in the office it's easier to reach them wherever. This hugely improved our engagement and, during a tough COVID-time with limited physical interactions, really kept everyone in touch with each other.

One-stop employee communication and engagement platform for every sector. It's very easy to use for both employees and companies, making the communication process easy and up to the point.

**What do you dislike about Keephub?**

I don't think there is something negative using keephub but some of my colleagues sometimes have some problems using it as they are using it for the first time, so it may happen.

**What problems is Keephub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to manage our employee's data, so we are looking for some platform to do this easily. Yes, Keephub does it very well. Through that, we bind up all Employee's data and manage it easily.
