One thing which I like the most is its Interactive and User-Friendly features. The HR team and company updates were now just a click away. Initially, i took me some time to explore and get to know the platform because of its many features. Thus I think the interface can be made succinct and above-all eye-pleasing for the user. To me, i think it is playing as an engagement platform of the organization to its employees. And I think that is a significant and organized way to communicate and update the workforce!!
