I like that Kechie is a flexible, all-in-one ERP with an easy interface that speeds up training and boosts efficiency. What I like least about Kechie is that implementation depends on how clean your data is. But it makes sense—they want everything set up right. With organized data, it’s much quicker. The team was very hands-on and supported us throughout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kechie has helped my company tremendously. We struggled with managing our inventory because we relied heavily on spreadsheets. And as many of you know, that’s not really helpful!! Nothing that stands out currently that I dislike about Kechie Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The top three most critical things we need in an ERP system are : Audit Trails, a CRM for our Sales Team, ease of use, and flexibility. Kechie not only helped us in these fields but exceeded our expectations by miles!

We needed to have a system that clearly outlines who picked certain SKUs, who placed certain SKUs back in locations and accurate times when a user executed these actions are recorded and updated immediately in the system. Our warehouse management team is notified immediately for clarity which has saved us so much time and money.

Our sales team has broken sales records left and right with Kechies CRM. Even though we have only been using Kechie for a few months our workflow has become significantly more efficient and the clarity among different projects, leads etc. has been business changing for us. We are on track to have a record breaking quarter thanks to this software. The ease of use is so simple I can not stress this enough. Most of the people on our team are not the most tech savvy out there but they are practically pros at using the software already thanks to our project manager which was assigned to us when we decided to use Kechie. Another reason why this program is easy to use is that they have documentation and video on every single module which is such a relief coming from an ERP that hardly had any documentation.

Lastly, the fact that I can change any field in the software and it updates immediately has helped us so much. Since we have thousands of SKUs (some unique) being able to change attributes on the fly has been a dream for us!

If you could not tell from my review above, Kechie is simply fantastic and I would recommend this software to any one no matter what industry you are in.

The only thing I wish Kechie had would be a multicurrency option since we operate in different countries. The good thing is, our project manager notified us that this feature will be available early next year for everyone using Kechie which is a blessing for our company. Overall, Kechie has been a life saver for our company. We are a manufacturing company that used to manage/track our inventory with spreadsheets and Kechie ERP has been super valuable. The ease of use and the ability for the software to be scalable for our growing company, is unbelievable. Kechie isn't only an incredibly feature-rich ERP application, it's affordable and backed by an account management, project management and development team that is second to none! I refer to them as my genie in a bottle. Whatever I can think of to enhance our implementation, they are on it right away and the change is usually implemented within just a few days. Unlike other ERP systems, you get to work with the people who developed the software when customizing your implementation and that in my opinion is the key difference between a 6-month implementation and an 18-month implementation. The user interface is probably the only area for improvement for this software. It is a very fast application and extremely flexible and versatile to accommodate just about any type of company in North America, however, this ability to customize everything under the sun comes with a price. The UI can be a little difficult to navigate for a new user and the graphical elements of the software need some work to make it a little more pleasing to the eyes. They are continuously improving their software though and I'm sure this is one area that they will be focussing on improving soon. There's not much else to improve!
