**What do you like best about kBilling?**

The most important feature that I found in kBilling was the extremely simple user interphase. This allowed new employees of our company to adapt to the platform quickly thereby reducing training time and delays in sending customer quotes and bills. This was a major problem we had in the tailormade platform we used earlier that took around 2 months for someone new to grasp all the features of the platform but one of our new employees was able to get up to speed with kBilling in about two weeks. I think the main reason for this is the easy navigation within the platform which is mostly self-explanatory. There is a different tab for each of the main functions that we need to perform. These are simply worded and you really cannot get them confused.

**What do you dislike about kBilling?**

I think the licensing price is higher than it should be compared to other similar software in the market. Also, we need to take into account the other ongoing expenses related to the software such as the cost of training and data migration. The current pricing model when all expenses are taken into consideration may be difficult for small one-person businesses. Another thing I don't like about kBilling is how much it slows down the computer as the number of records increases. We did not find many problems until our records reach about 1000 but as the number of records increased after that we began to notice the processing time for records and other functions within the software increased gradually. This slowing was also apparent when processing multiple records at the same time.

**What problems is kBilling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem that it helped us with is to reduce the cost of training. With our previous system, it would usually take us up to two months or more to train a new person. Therefore, we had to pay the wages of two people for a minimum of two months for doing the same job. However, kBilling software significantly cut down on training time. Another problem that it solved was that it had no limit on the number of records it can process therefore kBilling was a great solution as our business expands. Thirdly, it was able to perform recurring billing functions which are important for some of our clients that takes our services consistently on a monthly basis -  this prevented our staff having to redo these invoices every month improving the productivity and reducing costs.
