The most important feature that I found in kBilling was the extremely simple user interphase. This allowed new employees of our company to adapt to the platform quickly thereby reducing training time and delays in sending customer quotes and bills. This was a major problem we had in the tailormade platform we used earlier that took around 2 months for someone new to grasp all the features of the platform but one of our new employees was able to get up to speed with kBilling in about two weeks. I think the main reason for this is the easy navigation within the platform which is mostly self-explanatory. There is a different tab for each of the main functions that we need to perform. These are simply worded and you really cannot get them confused.
