I like the notes function in JobScore because it lets me tag the hiring manager as a recruiter and send them messages about a candidate to nudge them to review the candidate. I also appreciate the templates for emails and any communication we send to potential new staff members. Plus, I really value being able to build out the actual script and template for interviews, ensuring we follow the process with fidelity and ask the same questions for each candidate to create the best candidate experience. I think the API feed with ADP could be improved. Some questions it asks are about information you don’t have when you're just hiring the candidate, like their social security number or date of birth, which you only get after they fill out new hire paperwork. With the API feed, it asks for that info, and I can't provide it. I've only been able to use the feed two times, and that was only after sending them the paperwork first.
