**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

  ### 15. Easy access ATS with candidates dashboard & auto-capture of candidate data

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ABHINAYA R. | Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2021

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

The fact that I can access candidates from the dashboard and view progress as a team. The drop-in feature where we can drop in the candidate's resume captures all the details. It saves a lot of time from typing in or copy/pasting the candidate details.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

The reports, assessment, and analysis access are possible only after upgrading. Filters can be made more user-friendly. We can set only one job as active at a stime, which restricts usage to the full extent. Assigning candidates to job can turn cumbersome if we forget to it in the beginning. Instead this can be set mandatory so that there are no unassigned candidates. The customer support takes more than 48 hrs to respond which increases waiting period. Not happy.

**Recommendations to others considering JobScore:**

I highly recommend JobScore, especially for small organizations, to track candidates sometimes high volume during the recruitment process. The dashboard is very much user-friendly and gives a glimpse of the progress. If you want analysis or report, you can upgrade to access all the features!

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobScore helps to maintain and work on candidates' information in the recruitment process. It provides easy access to all information and helps track candidate's progress.

  ### 16. Invaluable partner in talent acquisition

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William U. | Director of Talent Acquisition, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

Powerful platform with a robust partner ecosystem, full-access to one's data, and a flexible workflow that enables a company to punch above its weight in finding, engaging, qualifying and closing talent.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

One of the great things about JobScore has been the ability to enhance features or introduce new capabilities. Just about all of our requests have found solutions in talking with our Success Manager and Product!

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have worked on and solved various issues of security, new partners (API), etc. Excited to hear that text communication is being worked on as a new capability...

  ### 17. Better than Greenhouse and Lever? An Argument for JobScore.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark F. | Head of Talent Acquisition, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2021

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

Over the past 20+ years, I've used Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters, Taleo, and Workday, to name a few. JobScore was the easiest to implement. Very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

When it comes to the "latest and greatest" tools/features, JobScore might not be first on the scene, but there are enough workarounds to get the job done.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobScore is both a cost-effective and quick-and-easy-to-implement tool to get jobs posted and manage your recruitment process.

  ### 18. Highly recommended ATS

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2021

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

I love the feature where I can send bulk emails to a group of candidates, it saves a lot of time. I also appreciate their customer service team. They are very prompt in responding to any queries.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

It would be nice to have a feature where we can see a candidate's complete resume from the job score recommendation pool. Currently, it only shows a snippet of candidates' work experience without job duties which makes it difficult to understand whether this candidate has the right skills and experience for the position.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Job score is helping us manage and hire the right candidates efficiently. It has a feature that allows us to route candidates from external sites to jobscore. This helps to attract more candidates and increase the talent pool for a position. JobScore also helps us to stay compliant during various security audits with their Notes tab feature where interviewers can add candidate feedback after the interview.

  ### 19. Easy for Hiring Managers & People teams to use!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha S. | Founder, Principal Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2021

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

JobScore is logical, easy to implement & easy to learn/teach! The usability has been easily adopted by C-suite & New Hire grads .... It is a workhorse that makes hiring at start-ups efficient & compliant...and scales to take their hiring forward for years!

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

Our clients ask for more reporting features, but this tool can't. be beat for scheduling, posting, and user-friendly workability!

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast implementation & quick start for users! Hiring is a breeze & during C-19 -- the scheduling feature with the video integrations worked well! The features make it so easy for a distributed workforce to contribute notes, feedback and interview participation - to make hiring efficient! As companies grow, we like to archive or look at opportunity candidates - this lets us easily log & recall when needed.

  ### 20. JobScore is my favorite tool by far!!! Recommend to companies both large and small.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** DeAnna A. | Human Resources Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2021

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

JobScore is easy and intuitive to use, and if you get confused, their help desk is speedily responsive. No more printing copies of resumes and taking them to multiple people's desk. The system is flexible, fast, and does everything I need it to as an HR person.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

There is nothing I dislike - great program!

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It made my recruiting and hiring process much more simple and streamlined, and it is easy to pull up historical data.

  ### 21. JobScore is user friendly, connects to LinkedIn, and is customizable to your liking and needs.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2021

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Candidate tracking, candidate communication, capturing interviewer feedback, reports, posting jobs to jobsites

  ### 22. Decent for an ATS

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Cosmetics | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2018

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

I like how everything is pretty self-explanatory in terms of functionality.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

When the candidate applies, there's no options to choose two items as to how they heard about the job (for example, LinkedIn and referral). Also had someone say that if they had an account before and applied for another role, there was no way to edit the part about how they heard of the job.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Applicant tracking.

  ### 23. Not Quite Sure Yet

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2018

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

I've used a lot of recruiting softwares and sites, this one isn't all that easy to get started with. There are a lot of required fields and I can't speak to the quality just yet.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

Seems a bit convoluted and stuff is all over. I need applicants to apply via our form but that option isn't available.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None yet.

  ### 24. JobScore - a great hiring software

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

The ease of hiring great individuals and improving the recruiting process as a whole.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

There’s a bit of a learning curve. But once you master it you’re all set and should be ready to roll.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quicker/easier way to recruit better job applicants while doing so efficiently, as well.

  ### 25. Good ATS software

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

I use ADP for applicant tracking, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, reporting. Jobscore is an excellent solution for companies like mine where you need to be mindful of the pricing. The ease of use is one of the positives. The helpline is actually really useful.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

There are additional fees for support and extra job board. It also has a low customazation

**Recommendations to others considering JobScore:**

I will consider it for a small sized company like mine.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hire talent for our start-up effectively

  ### 26. Good overall experience

**Reviewed by:** Jacob C. | Warehouse Worker, Transportation/Trucking/Railroad, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2018

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

Once you understand the software it is a great asset to have.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

I dislike the difficult ness to understand the soft ware it is not easy for your average person to use.

**Recommendations to others considering JobScore:**

It’s a growing program that helps your hiring needs.

It has helped overall discover new jobs on the field I’m skilled at

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solved finding people to recruit the benefit has been better employees

  ### 28. Need some changes

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2018

The ease of navigation to go back and forth in the system

**Recommendations to others considering JobScore:**

If you can deal with the software lag than it is a good software

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not the one using it on a daily basis but my team has and it has given applicant tracking a new meaning.

  ### 29. Easy to use, best interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiffany B. | HR Manager, Food & Beverages, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2017

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

JobScore is the easiest, most user-friendly ATS I have used. I used it at my last company, and I just implemented it at my new company. Prefer JobScore to Taleo/Oracle, or Workday - all of which are too complicated and not easy for the hiring manager to use. Easy to email and decline candidates, the notes and thumbs up/thumbs down are rad, and the customer service team is super helpful and responsive.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

The only upgrade I'd like to see would be for candidate email responses to be automatically tracked in the notes section.

**Recommendations to others considering JobScore:**

You will be so glad you implemented JobScore. I love how easy it is to create custom job posting and candidate email templates, as well as how seamless the integration with our company website careers page was. Best of all, it is very easy to use for HR/Recruiters/any one on the hiring team - people who are typically very busy and using countless other systems throughout the day. I do not find the UI clunky at all, in fact I think it is the most intuitive with the least amount of clicks to get where you need to go. At my last job, we left JobScore when our parent company implemented Workday Recruiting, and we were so sad. We missed JobScore's ease of use every day. So when I started as head of HR at a new company, I implemented JobScore immediately.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to streamline our entire recruiting process thanks to JobScore. While myself or my recruiting partners are used to applicant tracking systems, the hiring managers often are not. So it was important that our system made it simple and easy for non-recruiting professionals to navigate within the system, sort candidates, and leave feedback that indicated next steps. We can accomplish all of this with JobScore.

  ### 30. Robust applicant tracking

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2017

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

I like that they are able to auto-publish your job posting to many free job boards.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

The interface is hard to navigate sometimes. I spend time trying to find the right place, especially when I haven't used it for a while.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Posting jobs and processing resumes through our hiring process. Jobscore has all the features you need to follow your process.

  ### 31. Too many unnecessary emails

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2018

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

It looks like another job search tool. Many job listings everyday.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

I am finding many job listings that I am receiving from other vendors.Too many unrelated emails from the JobScore user forums.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Job search

  ### 32. Basic applicant management, often clunky

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2016

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

JobScore was a good platform for managing the moderate amount of applicants to our small business (under 50 employees). We had a few hundred applicants total throughout a six-month period for a variety of jobs. JobScore provided the online job application system, stored resumes and cover letters, allowed the HR team to add notes from interviews, and facilitated emails (and email templates). It also had features that made management easier, like categories/buckets for applicants and tasks to assign team members.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

Unfortunately, the email system was a bit flawed since emails sent outside of JobScore would not get recorded. For example, I could send an applicant an email, but her email to me would not get recorded in the system. Our team had to copy and paste emails into JobScore's notes for each applicant. However, that may have been available at a higher paid tier.

Another issue we had is that JobScore's UI was clunky. I felt like there was too much clicking going on just to view something simple.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobScore was good for our small business. We were able to see how efficient we were being with the applicant process, and we could keep track of the sources of applicants.
