**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

JobScore helped us streamline our hiring process, creating a single location to view all applicants.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

It would be helpful if we could setup our own scoring system and rank applicants manually.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobScore helps me spend more time evaluating talent and less time keeping track of applicants.

  ### 2. Hiring Through Jobscore

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenelle D. | Corporate Recruiter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

The website is very intuitive, easy to use, and stores all the information I need in looking for certain candidates.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

I don't dislike anything about jobscore.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Looking for candidates for certain job positions, I'm able to look at previous candidates throughout the years.

  ### 3. Great tool to use!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

The ability to use JobScore and keep track of all candidates' statuses. Also, using tags and robust internal searches helps to source and finding quality candidates for open requisitions.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

With the recent work on the Beta version of JobScore there have been numerous bugs in both versions, the classic UX/UI as well as the BETA version. Hopefully, it will be improved over time!

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a single database to access and follow up on all candidates, applicants, and possible contractors are very beneficial for our internal company processes.

  ### 4. I dig it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura T. | Director of Talent Acquisition, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

I love that it is easy to use and if I ever need help, its very easy to get.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

replying to help tickets via email- very confusing

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is our Applicant Tracking System and we use it as a CRM as well

  ### 5. Saves a lot of time and hassle!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

So simple to cooperate with my colleagues during the hiring process! Saves a lot of emails and keeps all the essential info in one place.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

Many times, I do find UX to be not the most intuitive. Also, I cannot tag people in the notes (using '@').

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before JobScore, the hiring process consisted of combining and using several tools such as Excel, emails, chat software etc. Information got easily lost, the process was delayed, and keeping confidential information safe was difficult.

  ### 6. I am an interviewer for a Medium to large sized Architectural Engineering Firm.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

Being able to see other interviewer's comments, as well as documenting my own and having a holistic storage location for them to revert back to.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

Access to certain pieces of information is all protected by whoever set up the interview and isn't always consistent across the board. I also hate the overabundance of reminder notifications when 'comments' aren't entered into a particular interviewees' page.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a good tool for tracking job application status and a centralized data base for notes.

  ### 7. Talent Acquisition Partner

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

There are some integrations that I would like to see that would simplify some of the onboarding experience. Doesn't integrate with our HRIS, but outside of that, it's a pretty great tool.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having to post on several job boards, being able to report on source quality, recruiting metrics, etc.

It is helping us fullfill recruitment needs to maintain list of open jobs, available candidates, processing referrals and much more.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

The auto-posting of jobs across numerous job sites is very helpful. It saves us from having to create dozens of accounts and then spending the overhead time to manually manage each posting.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

It doesn't work well with LinkedIn. It posts it to your site, but there is no way to promote the LinkedIn posting from there.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm basically able to offset needing to have a full time position taking care of the hiring process.

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

quick support, ease of user access and ability to customize

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

the integration with external job boards only offers very limited posting packages. You can't pick from multiple spend options

When a Note isn't emailed directly to someone, there is no notification. This is fine but as the admin I would like to get a notification when any Note is sent. Sometimes mgrs forget to email it to someone and then it just sits there.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

keeps all managers organized

  ### 17. JobScore provides an easy way to organize applicants and get them hired!

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

Ease of use once you get used to the system. It's nice to be able to organize where applicants are in the process and leave notes.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

The user interface can be a bit difficult to understand initially. It's not the easiest for a new user.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to keep track of job applicants or track data on who is applying, all of that is done through JobScore which makes it easy!

I am still getting used to the the new UX.

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

Integration with other job boards like LinkedIn.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

UI is hard to navigate between candidates, jobs, and stages/statuses

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2022

I like that it provides the templates, and candidate information and makes it easy to track the feedback from all the team members. This allows me to not search in different places to see everything.

I have no major faults with the system. I do dislike that I get an email to give feedback as soon as the interview starts.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is great central location for the interview process.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mindi M. | Training and Talent Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

How easy it is to access and run. Self-explanatory and simple to use.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

The only concern that has come to our attention is when a job is posted on the boards, Indeed auto-populates a salary, and it is not the salary we offer at our agency.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that Job score auto-populates on our website, so it is less work for talent management to post on multiple boards and our website.

  ### 22. Takes a bit to learn but functionality is great

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

I really like how all the details you need to interview, advance, schedule and confirm with a candidate are on one easy window. There are numerous clicks at times and sometimes the UI is wonky by overall great tool.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

Our account manager was very standoffish and rude during a call, honestly have never had a vendor be so unprofessional. Their support staff makes up for it but still, very shocking for a growing company. A calendly integration would be great too - manually scheduling is easy in the tool but time-consuming.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really is an easy to use ATS that a lot of thought has gone into. Overall a great tool.

  ### 23. Great ATS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

It doesn't integrate with our current HRIS.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobScore helps us keep track of candidates from initial application through hire or decline.

  ### 24. We are using JobScore as our main platform for managing company applicants.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

What I like the most are the permissions that you can set for different people.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

What I dislike is that I can't create templates for leaving notes on the applicant profile.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobScore as I said is used for managing all new applicants and keeping history of the interview process. So far, it's an excellent tool/service. It's easy and intuitive.

  ### 25. Helpful tool with free posting for one job at a time.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cortney H. | HR Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

Jobscore is a great way to publish jobs onto multiple boards at once and to collect resumes, evaluate and share. It's easy to see next steps for candidates and move them along to hiring managers.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

The free version doesn't integrate with Google calendar for interview scheduling. Very limited on free version with setting up any templates or emails. You get what you don't pay for but would be nice to customize some.

**Recommendations to others considering JobScore:**

There are some steps you have to do to you link your company Indeed and LinkedIn so that jobs can be pushed there. This wasn't made very clear at set up and I didn't realize it until we weren't getting any applications. Support helped but good to know going in.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobScore lets me post to 42 job boards all at once without having to go to each one. That time saves has been huge. It also lets me make custom links so I can track the source of job referrals.

  ### 26. JobScore Overview

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

You're able to organize different positions you're hiring for and you can set up to receive immediate notices when an applicant applies

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

Not as easy (fast) as I would like to dispose of applicants that we have decided to move on from. Should be one click and done.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps organize the multiple positions we are hiring for

  ### 27. JobScore Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

The platform is straightforward to use and the User Interface is great for sorting and filtering candidates and job postings.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

I like the platform and it is very similar to other ATS.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our talent team has been able to post jobs, source and review candidates in one platform. Job Score has made the recruiting process more efficient and time effective.

  ### 28. Jobscore review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

Dashboard is usable and easy to navigate. The req creation makes creating roles simple and I really like the scheduling functions. I like that you can create templates.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

I wish I could insert my company logo on emails. The emails I send out to candidates look really plain.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the features that are a big help to us was the req and offer letter approval feature. It helps us by listing all the relevant details of a req or for that needs to be approved and can track the approval status.

  ### 29. Generally pretty easy to use, but score function could use work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Cosmetics | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

JobScore makes it pretty easy to review applications and keep them organized with tags and sharing notes.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

Filtering candidates out from past rounds of hiring is a little weird. When I sort by tags, I see candidates from previous hiring rounds months earlier. I wish that were more intuitive.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps keep our candidates organized and streamlines the hiring process

  ### 30. Great ATS for small and mid sized business

Job score is very intuitive which helps when you are working with hiring managers with varying tech Capabilities. It has all the features I need and I appreciate the flexilibty in the pricing model.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

I can't really think of anything though there are candidate views where the job applied for isn't easy to see.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps keep all recruiting history in one place

  ### 31. Functional

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

The sharing settings are complex enough to set permissions on who can see what profiles, job listings, emails, documents, and notes within your organization.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

The reporting functions are not inherently user-friendly. I feel like I would need separate training altogether to figure out how to run the reports I need. Overall, the look of the platform is a bit outdated as well.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is effective for sending resumes to different hiring managers, tracking candidate pipelines, and sharing interview notes. As far as reporting though, it could be better.

  ### 32. HR Analyst
