What I check first in any tool is data: can I get it in, can I trust it, can I automate on it.

Our migration from our previous ATS took one afternoon for thousands of profiles, and enrichment completed emails and phones on most of them without cleanup scripts.

The fields then stay clean because the AI fills and updates them from emails, messages and call transcripts, including things like notice period, salary expectations and location.

The newer AI features also make it easier to work directly from the data, whether it’s for matching and scoring profiles, summarizing calls, preparing outreach or automating repetitive recruiting tasks.

For automations, I describe what I want, for example: “when a candidate passes the tech test, ask the hiring manager for the scorecard and create a task for the recruiter”, and it’s built.

The part of recruitment nobody teaches is after the interview: notes, then the candidate summary for the client. For me it was 20 to 30 min per candidate, and I see the same with the recruiters I train. With the note taker the summary is ready when the call ends, then the submittal prepares the branded CV and the email for the client. I reread, fix 2 or 3 things and send, about 3 minutes in total. I appreciate the simplification of automations and prospecting emails in Jarvi. The fact that it can be linked to Claude is also very valuable to me. I often ask Claude to create a client list based on a CV, integrate it into Jarvi, which then allows me to put them into an automation funnel. I find that Jarvi is too focused on recruitment and permanent placement, while we are a consulting firm. I would like it to develop more in this direction. The dashboards are a new feature and it's difficult to give a relevant opinion at the moment, but it's extremely important for us that this feature is improved. At this stage, after two months of use, I have not identified any blocking points or real defects. As with any very comprehensive tool, some features require time to get used to in order to be fully utilized, but the team's support and the quality of assistance more than make up for this aspect.

Jarvi is super simple to use, I especially like the project features to stay on top of my recruitments and the possibility to send mass message campaigns easily. I get to label candidates in different stages of the recruitment process easily and I never miss a message or a reminder.

All the little useful features like tagging colleagues, setting reminders and having all your messages (email, linkedIn, Whatsapp and telegram in one place).

An ATS that really makes a difference

We have been using Jarvi for several years in our recruitment firm, and it is clearly one of the best choices we have made.

What initially convinced us was the quality of the support: responsive, precise, human. Among all the SaaS solutions I have tested, it is undoubtedly the best support we have encountered, both in terms of response time and the relevance of the answers provided.

Then, the tool is constantly evolving, and especially in the right direction: the updates meet real field needs, you can tell that the team listens to its users.

Finally, which is rare for an ATS: the solution is as effective for a beginner user as it is for an experienced recruiter. It is easy to get started, but the functional depth is there for those who want to go further.
