**What do you like best about Ivinex?**

I like how I can take notes on a lead's profile while being on another call with another contact—little things like this matter.

**What do you dislike about Ivinex?**

I wouldn't say I like that sometimes I wish I can put my own background as the wallpaper but it only comes with pre-loaded wallpapers to choose from which aren't bad. Would be cool to add a custom wallpaper we could upload

**Recommendations to others considering Ivinex:**

If you need a platform to use for telesales that is multi-functional, Ivinex is worth trying.

Keeping notes on contacts to remember what we talked about and when is what Ivinex helped me with

**What do you like best about Ivinex?**

I love the personal touch. It's a small company but I've been able to speak to the CEO personally a few times. He's helped me really catchy the vision of what I can do with his product. We all get so trapped in the box of SalesForce we don't think we have the right to ask for anything more.

**What do you dislike about Ivinex?**

It's not an out of the box product. If you are very small company and don't know what you want then it makes it hard to do your build out.

**Recommendations to others considering Ivinex:**

Try it, see how easy it is. Create a real business case and see how Ivinex solves the problem.

**What problems is Ivinex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Create a workflow that is flexible and ever evolving. We learned how to quickly adjust the screens and fields so everything can be done on the fly.

Ivinex CRM aims to bring an all-in-one CRM solution to the cloud. Ivinex CRM uses a modern interface that is far more customizable than older CRM solutions available on the market

**What do you dislike about Ivinex?**

Customization is pivotal  in Ivinex CRM’s market strategy, and they allow customers to create a web-based CRM system that is a perfect fit for their business requirements. 

**What problems is Ivinex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is ideal for small, medium, and large enterprises of various verticals looking for a modern CRM system that can be molded to fit any unique businesses requirements.
