Would be cool to add a custom wallpaper we could upload **Recommendations to others considering Ivinex:** If you need a platform to use for telesales that is multi-functional, Ivinex is worth trying. **What problems is Ivinex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping notes on contacts to remember what we talked about and when is what Ivinex helped me with ### 2. It's a small company but I've been able to speak to the CEO personally a few times. He's helped me really catchy the vision of what I can do with his product. We all get so trapped in the box of SalesForce we don't think we have the right to ask for anything more. **What do you dislike about Ivinex?** It's not an out of the box product. If you are very small company and don't know what you want then it makes it hard to do your build out. **Recommendations to others considering Ivinex:** Try it, see how easy it is. Create a real business case and see how Ivinex solves the problem. **What problems is Ivinex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Create a workflow that is flexible and ever evolving.
