Number 1, their product just works - in all the foundational ways you need. 2) They are responsive easy to work with, they make it easy to implement and provide great service. I honestly haven’t experienced any negatives working with iPayments. The direct integration with Business Central in capturing payment transactions directly on individual transactions or customer accounts. No need for separate application step for payments directly tied to ERP transactions. The product itself is very easy to implement and the support team is responsive in the event you need them for a configuration change, new process or leveraging a new feature.
