What I like best about iPayments is how well it brings payment processing, invoicing, and transaction tracking into one connected workflow. Instead of switching between different systems or manually matching payments to invoices, the platform makes it much easier to see what has been paid, what is still outstanding, and when follow-up is needed. The integration with Microsoft Dynamix 65 Business Central is especially valuable because payments and account information stay connected to our existing financial records. The ability to process card and ACH payments, send convenient payment links, and give customers access through a self-service portal also helps create a smooth experience.

I love that it integrates directly with my CRM system (Business Central) and that it's completely in the cloud. It allows customers to securely enter their payment info without worrying about data leaks.
