iPayments does exactly what it is supposed to do in a simple and straightforward way. It is easy to use, and I love how the solution integrates with Dynamics 365 Business Central. The Customer Support team at iSolutions is super helpful and great to work with.

The direct integration with Business Central in capturing payment transactions directly on individual transactions or customer accounts. No need for separate application step for payments directly tied to ERP transactions. The product itself is very easy to implement and the support team is responsive in the event you need them for a configuration change, new process or leveraging a new feature. Being able to manage collections on transactions that aren't prepaid is a huge bonus as well.

Other than the software just works, the team at iSolutions is very easy to work with. Quick responses, friendly assistance and they even take product suggestions and incorporate those into their products.
