This review is dedicated to commercebuild customer service. 
It's always a pleasure to deal with the team - they are working fast, all the times providing great solutions and support. And yes, they are friendly guys!

**What do you dislike about commercebuild?**

When the platform is upgrated, they are always elements that were switched or some glitches are showing up. i.e. missing images for thumbs, brand image is dissapearing, etc.

Some codes were requested to be added to the back end.

- Victor's team were super focused on the best outcome for us - not what was easy for them. They were very patient in tweaks and changes when we needed. 
- The linkage to our Sage X3 is awesome and was incredibly quick/almost immediate to establish - a no brainer if using Sage.
- The website www.shannonline.com.au is very quick, responsive, easy to search, etc. So much is just default functionality and anything else can be

- Mavenlink is a bit crappy as a form of correspondance. I get it's important to have things shared and available for all, just feels clunky and inconvenient. Would be cool if you could send an email somewhere and it would post.

**What do you like best about commercebuild?**

We've had commercebuild since the deploy of our online hinge store.  I can always count on them when I need to make changes to our website.  I'm not an IT person, and they make it easy to make any changes I might require.

Jess, is the greatest - always freindly and so very helpful.  She makes it easy and understandable.  Solutions are always timely, and follow-up is great!

There are no downsides working with comercebuild - they know their system and able to help almost immediately.

Commercebuild enables us to keep our website up to date, and remains a great resource for all of our customers and prospects.

I started with Commercebuild back in April and working with all of them has been very enjoyable. Victor is very on top of everything. He keeps very good notes and keeps up on us on projects, etc. Also Javid was also very helpful with training. I don't have any complaints!

Commercebuild is helping us setup a web presence for our business. This is giving us visibility on the interweb.

**What do you like best about commercebuild?**

Good response time, smart and experienced developers, and a forward-thinking view of where they want Commercebuild to go. Good features with more to come, great uptime, and speed. Problems are addressed quickly, and viable workarounds are implemented when required. Developers are willing to listen to feedback and continually make improvements. I can tell they have learned from past mistakes and trust that they will only improve with time. The ability to add/edit products, manage user accounts, and make layout changes is worlds better than our old website.

**What do you dislike about commercebuild?**

Would like a better system for tracking the status of ongoing issues. Elastic search could be far better. Some broken/depreciated features remain in the interface. Our checkout customization has resulted in another issue which we're now having trouble solving. Would like to see even more development time spent on feature building. Commercebuild seems strongly slanted towards B2B but we are primarily B2C, and would like to see more retail-friendly features implemented.

**What problems is commercebuild solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Commercebuild team promped us to rethink the overall structure and organization of our site, and to make good improvements. They have introduced us to technology we were unaware of (Cloudflare) and have used their expertise in Wordpress to find clever solutions to problems. I really appreciate their expertise and creativity.

The great and quick service on the new online portal and the check-in sessions with the account manager.

**What do you dislike about commercebuild?**

The limiting web aesthetics. The CommerceBuild websites can benefit by looking more modern.

It syncs very well with Accpac (our stock system), which is a huge plus.
We are looking at more automated improvements this year.

**What do you like best about commercebuild?**

The Support Team (specifically Bradly Hale), is incredible. With just an email, I generally get help on my issue, or my question answered quickly and accurately. When we first started using Commercebuild in 2018 I hated dealing with the support team, and now it has turned into one of my favorite supporting systems out of all the 3rd party programs we are associated with.

**What do you dislike about commercebuild?**

How backed up the Development team is. Support is great, however, if a ticket needs to go to development to make changes it is a nightmare. The wait time to get something updated has been months and you never really know what software update it is going to be a part of.

**What problems is commercebuild solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to reduce the amount of work by our customer service staff. Getting the customer to get online and see what is available at their specific price, then place the order themselves cuts out a lot of manual entry by customer service. We have come to appreciate the Customer portal a lot. Giving the customer ability to see and track open orders has been a great benefit because it is fewer phone calls that we are taking.

**What do you like best about commercebuild?**

The most significant benefit of Commercebuild is the 24/7 live integration with Sage X3 (or other Sage ERP suites). Product availability, pricing and order integration work seamlessly and without manual intervention. Our B2C and B2B customers can shop 
 and place their orders whenever they wish.

**What do you dislike about commercebuild?**

We started using Commercebuild during 2017 and there was a time when product innovation was a bit sluggish - this has changed in the last year, we are now preparing for our E-Commerce site upgrade, making full use of all the latest features and innovation!

You can trust the Commercebuild team - they know what they do!

Our product visibility has just elevated to the next level! Via the Metatags in the Commercebuild backend, our products significantly feature Google and other search engine searches. We are mainly on the first page of product searches/inquiries.

**What do you like best about commercebuild?**

We have been a customer since 2010 and currently run two sites accessing the one Sage300 accounting package.

We chose commercebuild for our eCommerce to ERP integration because it has the best product configurator available. The configurator is next level, most websites can do very basic product configurations. Commercebuild can do very complex configurations and check stock levels for all the options live from our Sage300. You can also have multiple tabs within a product, with different configurations.

We sell approx. 1200 different products, and they need detailed personalisation.  We use the comments and instructions from the website to capture what the customers enter and link it to the Sage300 order entry.

The payments module is flexible, we are able to offer On Account, Payment on Pickup and Credit Card. Credit Card value is captured at checkout, but as we may need to alter orders the final amount is taken once invoiced. We run an end of day batch and payments are allocated automatically within Sage. 

Commercebuild has always been willing to listen to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.

**What do you dislike about commercebuild?**

I would like to see some test stores setup so you can see more of the features available being used.

**What problems is commercebuild solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because our product is highly personalized and customised, when the order is transferred to Sage300 it doesn't need a human to re enter itor check it check it. This saves time and human errors.

**What do you like best about commercebuild?**

Commercebuild has been a really easy transition for us. Everything generally runs very smoothly. On the rare occasion that we have an issue, they resolve it quickly and painlessly. Our website is more user-friendly both for us and our customers. We have a much more robust search function than we have ever had. We were able to break down our categories into really specific sections for our customers. We no longer have to spend time troubleshooting issues that customers are having online. Our web sales have increased!

**What do you dislike about commercebuild?**

There are very few issues, and the ones that exist are minor. I believe it is not always clear which coupon is used, if one is used

**What problems is commercebuild solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is so much that I can look at on the fly. With our old website, I would need to sit at the desktop and get a lot of information from Sage. Now there is lots of inventory and catalogue information that I can get from the backend of the site in an easier, more straightforward way.

I'd like to see a search feature added to the backend so that it's easy to locate a configuration.

We've set up a website where our customers may place orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week. One of the key advantages is that order input transactions are transferred from an employee to the client, which avoids data entering errors on our end.

The support offered thru Commercebuild via the chat feature is wonderful.  Any time there is something I can't figure out, there is an issue, or need assistance making a change, they are quick to respond and really try to help you find a solution.

**What do you dislike about commercebuild?**

When there is customization within the Sage X3 system, it is difficult to get those features to work with the commercebuild platform.  Hopefully, future updates will make this easier

**Recommendations to others considering commercebuild:**

If you are looking for a support team to help you with your ecommerce site, commercebuild is a great partner to have.

**What problems is commercebuild solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our old website was custom built by one man that as time passed was less and less able to be able to keep the site functioning properly.  When the company upgraded to Sage X3, the old site was virtually non-functional.  Commercebuild, being a Sage preferred platform, offered us the ability to have a modernized site, that functions with the new software with a cleaner more functional look, and great support.  We are a mainly B2B company and deal with larger companies.  We have still not realized an uptick in our web orders, but have found that many of our customers use our site as a resource for specifying products into their design process, easy communication with our team, and to get their current pricing.

The seamless integration to Sage 300 ERP and the capability of the solution to respond to both our B2B and B2C clients were vital.

Having a more varied selection of templates for the solution would be a benefit, but if that's all I have to criticize, that says a lot about the product

Commercebuild has allowed us to quickly transition our B2C business to an online platform benefitting us and the Batteries Experts Franchise network.

**What do you like best about commercebuild?**

There's a ton of functionality out-of-the-box for Sage 300 clients.
Compared to other platforms it's great value for money and relatively easy to launch.
Customer service and support has improved leaps and bounds recently, really stellar.
It's got its limits and pain points  (shipping modules, anyone?) but overall it strikes a balance between functionality and standardization.

**What do you dislike about commercebuild?**

GIVE US MULTI-CURRENCY ABILITY! 
Support and client services in North America are divorced from development in New Zealand, the result is often the customer support team isn't familiar with the finer points of the platform.
The shipping module is complex and needs an overhaul. The checkout process and credit card integration also need attention.
It often feels like we can't get it to do exactly what we want, but but that comes with not having to build out everything from zero. You can't have both full control and out-of-the-box functionality, and at the price point of Commercebuild the limits are well-balanced with the breadth of what's there.

Having a modern website.
Having ecommerce functionality that was easy to launch and maintain.

**What do you like best about commercebuild?**

The best thing about commerce is that they are quick responding when something isn't right or there is a general question that our team needs to know. They helped us build and launch our site within 8 weeks, which was incredible and the turn around time for responses is great.

**What do you dislike about commercebuild?**

They need to add in a lot of support programs that I am sure we are not the only ones asking about. Once they update and create more modules I think they will be 100% versatile for everything needed in a commerce site.

**What problems is commercebuild solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems that we are solving is the quote function in the store, as well as the promotion module - these are things that are key features in a commerce store, and once these get updated and we are able to use them to their full capability it will be amazing. Dislike is that these modules haven't been put into motion yet and it is an ongoing challenge for us to use what is currently there as it doesn't work fully to what we need it to be.

Big benefits include a fast refresh of stock and pricing.

The people and support are ready and willing to assist in any way possible. The platform is continually evolving to become the best eCommerce platform for Sage 300 and Sage X3.

**What do you dislike about commercebuild?**

New features take longer than expected at times but do eventually get completed and pushed out to production. Not sure this is a dislike necessarily, more of a first-world problem in this "wanted it yesterday" society.

We serve our customers and employees better by synchronizing orders and giving our customers flexibility in ordering and interacting with our products. We're able to sync stock levels and other crucial information so that our customers have real-time insight on what is and is not available.

It's pretty easy to use.  It looks nice.  It works most of the time.

**What do you dislike about commercebuild?**

There are a lot of moving parts and it's difficult to keep track of them.  There are a lot of features that were never explained during training and I don't know what they all do.

Allowing customers to place orders whenever they want outside of business hours.  Frees up some of our time to do other things.  Presents our message to the world.

Commercebuild strength is certainly in the way it seamlessly integrates to Sage ERP. We Commercebuild allow building a B2B and B2C website in half the time it would have taken with another platform.

**What do you dislike about commercebuild?**

This platform comes with many out-of-the-box functionalities and features, properly configuring them without proper guidance can be very hard.

With Commercebuild we have been able to give our customers full control over their quotes, orders, invoices, and payments. They can now log in to our Commercebuild portal 24/7 and perform many activities by themselves.
