Instead of switching between different systems or manually matching payments to invoices, the platform makes it much easier to see what has been paid, what is still outstanding, and when follow-up is needed. The integration with Microsoft Dynamix 65 Business Central is especially valuable because payments and account information stay connected to our existing financial records. The ability to process card and ACH payments, send convenient payment links, and give customers access through a self-service portal also helps create a smooth experience. **What do you dislike about iPayments?** Reporting and interface customization could be more flexible, especially for users who need highly tailored dashboards and workflows. **What problems is iPayments solving and how is that benefiting you?** iPayment centralizes payment processing, invoicing, and transaction tracking, which reduces manual reconciliation and makes it easier to monitor outstanding payments and overall cash flow. ### 2. The system feels intuitive, so our team didn’t face a steep learning curve and was able to start processing daily transactions quickly. **What do you dislike about iPayments?** The initial setup took a bit longer than we anticipated, and the reporting interface feels a little dated. It works perfectly fine, but a more modern dashboard would make navigating historical data easier. **What problems is iPayments solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has completely automated our credit card processing within Accounts Receivable.
