What I appreciate most about Bridge is its intuitive user interface and how easy it is to navigate, even for people who aren't particularly tech-savvy. The platform is designed to support continuous learning and development in a way that feels natural and engaging. I also really value the ability to create learning paths, assign trainings quickly, and track progress in real time. It’s a great tool for both L&D teams and employees. One aspect I find a bit limiting is the reporting functionality — while the basics are covered, more advanced or customizable reporting options would make a big difference, especially for larger organizations with complex tracking needs.
