From onboarding and compliance to skill-building and leadership development, Bridge makes managing, delivering and measuring training simple and impactful. It’s the all-in-one LMS for companies that want to create engaging learning experiences without extra complexity. Built for mid-market organizations that want a smarter, development-focused LMS. It’s a favorite among Learning and Development teams, HR pros, and leaders who need to boost employee skills, stay compliant, and grow business performance. With Bridge, you can easily customize courses, target the exact skills your team needs, and create training that drives real career development. What sets Bridge apart is its skill-mapping superpower. The platform features a database of over 32,000 skills, all mapped to live labor market data, so you can build a detailed skills taxonomy, track coverage across your team, and spot any gaps instantly. These insights connect directly to Bridge’s training programs—making it simple to deliver learning that lines up perfectly with business needs and employee growth ambitions. Bridge also gives admins the insights they need with powerful reporting tools that track learner progress, monitor completions, and highlight areas that need attention. And with automated training workflows called Learning Journeys, admins can schedule and deliver learning programs in stages—no constant micromanaging required. That “set-it-and-forget-it” convenience keeps learners on track while saving teams time. For learners, Bridge offers a clean, personalized learning experience with tailored course recommendations and reminders that help them stay engaged. Plus, the Bridge mobile app makes it easy for deskless and remote workers to complete training anytime, anywhere—even offline. Ultimately, Bridge stands out among LMS platforms for its balance of simplicity, customization, and accessibility. It’s a modern, user-friendly system built to help companies create a culture where learning is continuous, connected, and part of everyday work.

## Bridge Reviews
  ### 1. Would NOT recommend.

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ken M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The UX is simple. It's easy enough for anyone to use.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Zero UX customization abilities, you have no choice of branding beyond adding a basic banner image and basic color changes (salesperson promised we'd be able to brand for our individual user groups -- we can't). Limited reporting functionality; reporting functions don't work with all types of Articulate interactions. There are bugs in reporting that tech support has known about for months and never resolved. We can't capture interaction data unless it's part of a quiz object (different than what the salesperson promised).

Works very poorly with SCORM objects. When opening a SCORM course in a new window, even with blazing fast connection speeds and a small file size, we've had situations where it took a full 90 seconds for the link to the course to appear. Then when the user closes the course, we've had situations where it took over a full minute to redirect back to the LMS. Tech support has known about this since September 2019 - no movement to address it.

Bridge's course editor is ridiculously limited. You can't change fonts, no text alignment changes, no image resizing, no tables, no HTML editor. You have no choice, because "reasons."

Can't customize certificates. You have no choice but to use their design. Can't even drop a logo on there...

Surveys are absolutely unusable. You can't attach them to courses, so you can only send them out at specific times, but you can't use them, for example to evaluate a program. Also, they ONLY allow Likert questions. You can't even put an introductory statement or instructions in there.

Continuing education credits does nothing. You can only set it to a max of 100, which is useless if you're using a point system that gets into the triple digits.

Permissions are not customizable enough and grouped together in ways that's been a nightmare to deal with (for example, if you need someone to be able to run simple reports, then you also have no choice but to give them permission to create user groups; if you need someone to be able to assign courses for their team, then you have no choice but to give them the ability to assign courses that don't apply to their team). Because of these issues, we had no choice but to remove ALL managers' ability to assign courses, causing us far more work than we had with our prior LMS. Sometimes, when users enroll into a program, the first course appears locked and the user can't access it. Tech support knows about this. Also, if you want a banner image for your program, you have no choice but to have a colorful gradient applied to your banner image AND a geometric pattern overlaid on top of THAT gradient, so two overlays on top of your graphic. Default feedback for incorrect answers in a quiz or a failed login is "Oh Snap!" and there's no way to change it - you have no choice but to present your company in a sophomoric light. I could go on and on.

Overall, this is a poor LMS and I wouldn't recommend to anyone except for perhaps those looking for a starter system who plan to upgrade within a year.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

Do not purchase. I wouldn't recommend Bridge to anyone except perhaps the smallest organizations that are looking for an easy, OOTB solution.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm having far more problems than solutions.

  ### 2. I've tried and tried, but I've struggled to get Bridge to work

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I got ready to say nothing, but they have obviously worked hard to make the platform visually appealing. However, I've found that focus on being visually appealing actually takes away from the usability of the software.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Where to start - it's such a difficult program to utilize, that's a challenge. I've used similar tools before and I also use Salesforce, Hubspot, ABM Tools, Accounting platform, etc. - so I'm quite familiar with SaaS products. And I've given Bridge a really solid go, putting in hours myself to make it work along with talking with our corporate HR team to see if my issues were user error or just how the software is structured and workflows work. It ended up being the software - even for basic activities, if my process was slightly outside of what Bridge thought was best practice, it just wouldn't work.

Examples:

1-on-1's: I could not run a 1-on-1 where I documented what was on our agenda and then captured that agenda so we could look back historically to see how we did. There was a weird ongoing task list that kept repeating and it was the only way to do this. I gave it 2 months of trying to use it for 1-on-1's and just gave up, it created more work that it was increasing in efficiency.

Performance: No way for managers to do their own performance check-ins outside of what was going on at the corporate level. So a monthly check in would not fit the process and I could not ask additional questions outside of what the corporate team put together. No flexibility here.

Buggy: I spent 10 minutes trying to see what outstanding courses an employee had because Bridge tries to make it look cool, but thus I could not click on the hotlink because two bubbles were right next to each other. I still can't see what courses the employees owes and I now I need to chase up our HR department for this.

Long load times: Again, visually pleasing as all of the bubbles float across the screen, but when it takes 2-3 minutes to load a simple page, it gets frustrating.

I could come up with others, but it's been a very poor investment in my time. I really approached this to help take a lot of things we were doing with presentations and spreadsheets to help better document and have these for an employee - I was psyched to get started with Bridge but it has really under-performed.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

Really check out the workflows to make sure it works. Don't look at the slickness and visuals - look under the hood.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Bridge for learning, ramping up employees, 1-on-1 conversations, and performance conversations.

  ### 3. Buyer beware - the Bridge team has all but abandoned relevant updates to Learn product

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2019

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The UI is very pretty, but the system is highly impractical to actually live with. The end users have few complaints, because they have no idea the train wreck behind the scenes that is the administration of this product.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Where to start? From a system administrator perspective, Bridge Learn is a perfect example of what happens when developers create, but don't properly collaborate with customers to discover how they actually get work done. Metaphorically, they built a room and forgot to add a door so you could go in and out.

Reporting on users' completed courses to support audit requests is brutally difficult, especially if the user is terminated. Even if they're active, there's no simple display of the user's course completion with the date it was completed. Usually, you're left with generating system exports of ALL the data, which is an unintelligible dump of CSV files. They're linked not by the UserID you've assigned, but by Bridge's internal system UserID that it auto-creates for each user. The problem is that this internal ID isn't displayed anywhere in the system UI to cross reference! If you have to do any reporting on what learning has been completed, pack a lunch and be prepared to go deep into the Excel mines trying to connect CSV files that contain random collections of odd characters that make no sense to end users and even less sense to auditors. Also, if you've created sub accounts, you can't report on the sub-accounts from the root account reporting data dump. You have to go into the sub account and generate the same data dump for EVERY SUB-ACCOUNT! What is this, Great Plains from 2007? Terrible, terrible design.

In addition, the product community "ideas" areas to solicit customer suggestions for the product is an absolute joke. The product team has had simple customer requests (like simple logic for Bridge Learn to be able to read and use hire dates at all) that have been sitting unaddressed for over 2 years. It's clear they're abandoning any additional development on the Learn product; which, of course, they'll neglect to tell you during the sales process. Actually, they'll say they have product releases frequently (they're worthless bug fixes very few customers care about).

Security administration is a laughable smattering of random areas and roles that do not make sense and are not well-defined or described. There is zero value to creating any custom roles, as you'll end up having to grant admin access to anyone who needs access beyond a manager's level. It's ridiculous and an unnecessary risk, but it's the only way to make the product semi-valuable for self-service.

Also, the sandbox environment is completely independent of your Production environment content, but they'll tell you during the sales process that they can create a copy of your Production environment so you can test. They can't, it's a lie. Again, developers creating something without discovering how customers actually work. What value is a Sandbox to test that doesn't emulate a recent version of your Production environment? About as valuable as the Bridge Learn product is overall.

In short, run far away from Bridge Learn and buy elsewhere for an LMS.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

Spend your money elsewhere, it's painful to administer and it's not getting better.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It holds our learning courses... and that's pretty much it. It's created far more problems for us than it's solved.

  ### 4. Feels like it was created in a hackathon and launched the next day

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2018

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

On the front end, the selling point is that it is super user friendly

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Because it is simple, it is also super limited with what you can do as far as branding and course development. It just looks like a powerpoint that someone was lazy creating. On the back end, it is SUPER messy. We use it for SAML SSO. It is supposed to be linked to the username and not the email. Because it is linked to the email, a lot of our employees have more than one email. If it is not linked to the correct email of the 5 email aliases they have, they will get a welcome email but then direct them to a "you don't have an account" page. It will make you want to pull your hair out when you get 50 emails for this same problem. Canvas doesn't have this issue. Based on the roles, it is annoying that there are pretty much 3 different admin roles. There was a lot of personal customization for roles. It is also not very interactive with short answers questions. Grading short answers questions makes no sense. You immediately get the points for putting something in the box, you then have to export all the hundreds of answers into an excel sheet and then grade manually.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

Wait for them to get some kinks out first.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have our company training on Canvas and it did the job but had some issues. We were hoping Bridge will make it easier to keep everything organized. Our non techy employees can create a course
