The interface does not seem to be complicated at all. The analytics section is clear and accessible, and pulling data just seems so easy to use. Additionally I like the fact that the warming up feature has a lot of advanced settings you can tweak such as time between emails sent sent and their responses, email increase rate as well as the time between an email being sent and its response. **What do you dislike about Instantly?** I guess the only thing is that there are some features like prioritizing new leads over sequences which are a bit pricey to use, but It's understandable as these features are extremely valuable. **What problems is Instantly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mainly, it is allowing us to contact businesses who we might call but they do not respond. Being able to send all of our call list emails greatly improves our rate of converting clients and making sure our outreach is effective. Additionally, it allows us to have sequences that are wonderful and effective to use so we can just program them and let Instantly run on autpilot. ### 3. Their support stoppped responding to us after that. **What do you dislike about Instantly?** Whole system is messed up and you will land up all your emails and domain towards a bad score. The AI spam work checker is pathetic and it does not work as intended. Even if you recheck a corrected text again it will give you again spam words which is absurd. In fact, I'll put it this way - what I used to do in days maybe weeks, I can now do in a day or two and that is just insane. Also, what Instantly is solving for me is that by coupling it with other platforms such as Make.com, my outreach is not just considerably more, but being able to personalize it for each lead, is truly helpful. The Lead finder function is fantastic for adding new prospects to my email campaigns. Setting up a campaign was really easy as was the sequence builder. Email marketing has got a lot harder in recent times, but the Instantly platform has so many useful tips to ensure that your emails are delivered successfully. The 'spintax' feature, which enables you to create multiple versions of the same email, means that no two emails are the same ensuring that they are not seen as bulk/mass emails by mailservers. The Customer support, accessed via the live chat, has been brilliant too. They are quick to respond and hekp you to get the most out of the platform. **What do you dislike about Instantly?** The only downside so far has been the having to wait for the email inboxes to warm up before launching our first campaign. This step is essential though to ensure that your emails are delivered, so completely understandable and worth the wait. **What problems is Instantly solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a relatively small vendor, our biggest issue has been our ability to get our message to the masses. There is no transparency as to which emails will send and which won't. Here’s why: I sent 300 emails, and 244 of them landed in the spam folder. The open rate was a mere 21%, far below my usual performance. For comparison, when I used my own new domain emails, I achieved: 100% deliverability to the primary inbox. Open rates of 65% and 56% across campaigns. This stark difference left me questioning the value of Instantly.ai’s pre-warmed emails. Despite raising concerns with customer support multiple times, their only response was to "wait one or two weeks for further warm-up." This was after I had already waited a week before contacting them! It's unreasonable to expect such delays when I paid a premium for a service marketed as ready-to-use. Overall, this service was a waste of my money, time, and effort. It’s compared to other tools. scaling my outreach has never been easier and i'm glad a youtuber recommended me this. **What do you dislike about Instantly?** Takes some time to warm up emails, but nothing they can do about that. also their cheapest plan only allows you to upload 1000 leads per month which can be limiting if you want more volume, they're def aiming for their super growth plan which can be quite expensive.
