The most pleasant aspect of Indy is the user-friendly feature; it has simplified work around here. Moreover they have made flexibility implementing the various features at our convenience a strong selling point. **What do you dislike about Indy?** There is nothing that I have a problem with when it comes to Indy, but sometimes there are technical hitches that can slow docket down. However it remain a technical support team via web chat, phone call etc that is always ready to assist us in correcting any of these mistakes within the shortest time possible. **What problems is Indy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company has benefitted immensely from Indy since it can be used in solving organisational and communication challenges.
