And its collaborative - we're able to work on documents with our clients. **What do you dislike about Ideagen Collaboration Portal?** We were completely flabbergasted this year when after 6 years of using Huddle from Ideagen, we tried to cancel our agreement NINETY DAYS early before it ended and were told that we have to cancel our agreement more than ninety days prior to it ending. Never in my life have I heard of such a thing. And looking back at our original agreement, the terms are conveniently not written in the agreement and instead you have to click to a webpage where it lists the agreement terms. However, that webpage gives a 404 error code. They have fought us tooth and nails on cancelling which is incredibly wild after the loyal years we've spent with them and have always paid our bills on time. We have legitimate complaints with their Huddle portal and the number of glitches and issues we have had using it over the last two years especially. Their customer support has been horrible and we have continued having issues that highly impact our clients who we use the platform with. Would never recommend this company anymore based on how they have treated us after being a loyal customer for so long. **What problems is Ideagen Collaboration Portal solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was allowing us to collaborate with our clients in a safe, secure manner. However, there are so many glitches and these glitches of course seem to ramp up right around proposal submission deadlines when we need it to function normally the most. ### 2. Because of that, the Ideagen Collaboration Portal workspace has proven to be a very useful platform for working together—whether that means sharing documents, planning projects, or collaborating online. We’ve been using it for years. It is very easy to use and easy to implement in any project. Additionally, you can notify other members that a file is ready for review or, if needed, contact the project manager directly to request any missing document or information. **What do you dislike about Ideagen Collaboration Portal?** That when a document is updated, it is not updated in all the Workspaces where it is located, makes it difficult to have control over the latest versions of documentation and templates used for tracking and carrying out projects. **What problems is Ideagen Collaboration Portal solving and how is that benefiting you?** The one I mentioned about making the update of the documents easier. ### 4. This is a great way to keep everyone on track and ensure I have the information I need to do my job as well as possible. **What do you dislike about Ideagen Collaboration Portal?** Editing in the browser does not show the correct formatting, I cannot "edit & lock" excel files - they do not actually save, the Huddle app has not been updated for Mac (and I've been given no timeline on when this will happen), clients have complained about how the Huddle app takes up an excessive amount of space and makes their computers run much slower, being able to edit the preview of a PDF is misleading because it is not true editing and does not save. **What problems is Ideagen Collaboration Portal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Secure collaboration with multiple different clients; however, as the clients are increasingly frustrated with Huddle, it is not benefiting me as much as it could. ### 5. Customer support want to charge us for basic features offered by other platforms. Customer support regulary break or cause major issues with our workspace.
