A lot of day-to-day maintenance is to be done especially when suppliers are unstable like we are now.

Apicbase is a complex tool built for multi-outlet "restaurants." It is clear how thought through the tool is. I particularly like the packages & pricing feature, the price calculations, and the ability to generate nutrition labels for dishes. Ordering, stock, and waste management and the option of syncing it with a POS is very valuable for order processes. With the use of custom fields, it is very easy to tailor Apicbase to one's individual needs. The insights, dashboards, and analyses are absolutely essential when optimizing profit margins, understanding revenue, and scaling concepts. And Apicbase offers great and speedy customer service! Apicbase provided us with a modular platform to manage many of our backoffice challenges when it comes to F&B management: we used Restaurant Management, Inventory, Procurement and BI but also were looking at HACCP & Tasks as well as Menu planning. For companies which have a high level of automatization as well as their suppliers, the program offers huge potential in saving on costs and time by gaining much more insight. We work with local suppliers which aren't always able (or willing) to connect to the Apicbase platform. Connecting them to the platform is fundamental to the success for a small but rapidly scaling operation like ours or else it will require to much patching and workarounds to have this resolved. Apicbase are true professionals holding an advanced piece of software. It enables us to track the flow of our goods all the way from procurement to sale. Besides keeping complete track of our inventory, Apicbase provides us with great insights into how our cost of goods sold develops. As the inflationary environment forces us to be very keen on the cost of our goods versus our pricing point, Apicbase provides all the features to maintain a profitable business. Besides having the software solution to manage your inventory, Apicbase are experts in handling their customers and always seek to return your inquiries with a solution. Apicbase has an amazing partnerships & customer support team, and our mutual customers speak very highly of the tool and how it's helped them reduce food waste and be more efficient with their inventory management.

Apicbase is a growing company like ours and I only wish they had more on the ground global teams to support local customers in each region.
