What do you like best about Hrvey?

These days (for some reason) it is rare for SaaS companies to provide decent customer support. When we faced a tech issue (slack add stopped working) Hrvey's support team assisted right away. They were responsive with their quick and efficient replies and very supportive, and we are free users. Very impressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hrvey?

What do you dislike about Hrvey?

The fact that you can only enter an absence for half a day or the whole day without being able to select a range of hours, such as in the case of a medical appointment for which you know the schedule. Therefore, colleagues only see that there is a half-day absence when maybe it is actually only an hour and they don't know what time and how long the person is not available.
