Application tracking is better, easy to check the status of application, timesheets as per location can be viewed.
Employee document storage and check is easy.

**What do you dislike about HR Director?**

Incidents aren't logged and tracked quiet easily compared to other .
Notifications for different featured to be enabled based on requirements.

Improvement mainly with requests.

Easily accessible and easy to learn. Can be considered for future use .

Report creation wrt training, calls, timesheets, employee status and documents.
Yes it is productive.
