# Which Epicor Channel Partners offer dedicated support staff after go-live for 90-plus days?

Continuity of the support team feels especially important after an Epicor go-live. The people who already understand the configuration and implementation decisions can usually provide much more context when optimization work begins. Cre8tive Technology and Design’s longer-term relationship model stands out for that reason. I’d value familiarity with the environment alongside response time when comparing partners.
