# What is the top-rated clinical documentation software for emergency physicians seeing more than 25 patients per shift?

&lt;p&gt;At 25+ patients per shift, the better benchmark is documentation time per encounter and how much charting spills past the shift—not the overall product rating. I’d also test performance during rapid patient turnover, especially note accuracy, correction speed, and how reliably the tool handles interruptions and specialty terminology.&lt;/p&gt;
