**What do you like best about HeyReach?**

I love that HeyReach is completely automated, which saves me a lot of time. Once I set up the workflow in a campaign, I only need to monitor when a prospect responds. I can send messages and attach files without having to open LinkedIn, which is incredibly convenient. Managing multiple LinkedIn accounts is much easier with HeyReach, as I can send messages to 100 prospects in a day without having to open each account. Setting a structured workflow and defining rules makes everything run smoothly, and the results align with the workflow I set.

**What do you dislike about HeyReach?**

Well, it could be more AI futuristics similar to email automation platforms. Dynamic text, AI insights which are currently missing could be improved.

**What do you like best about HeyReach?**

I find HeyReach incredibly valuable due to its very clean interface, which makes it one of the few LinkedIn outreach tools that truly capitalizes on InMail hacks. This unique capability allows me to scale my LinkedIn outreach by 7 to 10 times, a remarkable boost in efficiency. Additionally, I can generate more replies from the same amount of prospects, thanks to its effective use of InMail. The initial setup was very easy, which made transitioning to HeyReach effortless. Its functionality for automating LinkedIn cadences and optimizing InMail utilization addresses key needs, making it an indispensable tool for LinkedIn outreach, particularly for those managing multiple clients. With such powerful features, I am extremely likely to recommend HeyReach to colleagues, rating it a 10 for individual LinkedIn outreach needs and a 15 for those running outreach for multiple clients.

I don't like that HeyReach doesn't save progress automatically. It requires me to launch the system each time I make an edit, which means I can easily lose up to two hours of work until I get used to this feature.

- Limited technical features for doing different actions on LinkedIn
- Can't easily add a blacklisted lead list to be excluded (Heyreach has to perform an action on those profiles first before those profiles are properly blasklisted)

We are able to reach out on LinkedIn automated at a very large scale. Other teams are also able to use Heyreach who haven't used automation tools before, as the pricing per seat is very reasonable with Heyreach. We are able to push hyper-personalised messaging to Heyreach from Clay which we weren't able to with our old tool.

The app has a few glitches here and there. It sometimes logs you out too much. You don't stay signed in for more than probably a day or two, and sometimes you'd be writing a message, hit send, and then see that it asks you to log back in.

**What do you like best about HeyReach?**

What stood out to us right from the beginning was the simplicity of use. Our sales team a group that typically doesn't engage with technical tools on a daily basis was able to adopt it quickly and confidently after a brief onboarding. Since then, it's become a natural part of their workflow.

Another huge plus is the technical support team. They've been consistently available, genuinely helpful, and fast to respond. No scripted replies or delays, just honest, knowledgeable assistance whenever we needed it. 

Before choosing Heyreach, I had explored several other tools. What made the difference was how the Heyreach team treated me, and they treated me as a partner, not just a lead. I never felt like I was being pushed toward a sale. Instead, they took the time to understand my context and challenges, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about helping my business grow, not just selling software.

Honestly, at this point. I like everything. The tool works great, the team’s awesome, and now I’m just here impatiently refreshing the roadmap, waiting for the next features to drop!

The software wasn’t perfect - it started sending messages from one account to another. Customer service was terrible when we tried to get this resolved. The onboarding experience was also very poor, with very little support, and the rep we were paired with was rude.

Their support team is enjoyable to work with, not just a team of robots. You can actually talk with them, discuss things with them, share ideas and they will listen. I love how personal and custom they make their support.

Also, heyreach have really good integrations with clay which makes our workflows especially straight forward.

Nothing immediately springs to mind. There is nothing I "dislike" as such, but obviously there's always areas to make the product better and improve.

Helping to automate connection requests to our ideal client without getting restricted. This saves me and our clients a bunch of time and worry, other tools we feel like our accounts are at risk, but I think heyreach is really safe as they prioritise account safety heavily.

**What do you like best about HeyReach?**

HeyReach is the most famous startup in Macedonia, and we were curious to find out how it could help us generate leads because we were very dependent on cold calling.

Most of us had almost no experience with using LinkedIn in general, so when it comes to automation, our boss was quite skeptical about it, but after the great onboarding with their team, they basically held our hands. Their support is the best I have ever received, as they reach us when things are not working properly before we even notice.

Now, we generate leads and build a brand over LinkedIn, which makes our product even stronger, as we understand the outreach game thanks to HeyReach, our campaigns work for us, and it's easy to use the tool every day.

So far, so good, we are quite satisfied with HeyReach.

HeyReach is a game-changer!

It lets us run multiple LinkedIn outreach campaigns for our accounts in parallel without risking account limits or bans. We have been using HeyReach for linkedin outbound and nurturing for the past 4 months with 4 linkedin accounts 

1️⃣ Trustworthy
It'a a delicate thing to share your linkedin password with any of these tool. At least want to make sure they know what they are doing to protect our linkedin accounts. That's our NUMBER one critieria, really. We are in safe hands with them. 

2️⃣ Support
Ebru, Teodora, and also Nikola and hopefully didn't forget anyone else? The team is fantastic!  Not just responsive but also have got the knowledge to actually help you out. Rare these days! I am also a very annoying user and they deal with me super well.

3️⃣ Technical
Leon I think and the rest of the crew I don't now. They are AWESOME and have the tech know-how and chops in-house. Just makes a massive difference!

I would like to see the API more open as love to integrate outbound into our own stack. totally understand though why some features aren't on the API. The API is already great.

HeyReach is an outstanding tool that does one thing and it does very very well. Other tools try to keep you on their platform by offering similar functionality, but I haven't found one yet that does what HeyReach does and as consistently. With other products, there's a tremendous amount of complexity that's unnecessary. Also, their customer support is unmatched! Their care and enthusiasm is great to see in this industry.

I can't think of anything that I don't like about HeyReach. I've been using it for about 6 months and it's never let me down.

HeyReach allows me to set up a campaign easily and let it run. Their analytics are excellent and very straightforward. I don't have to worry about anything at the very top of my outreach funnel.

The webhooks are excellent, and the built-in targeting options are some of the best I’ve seen

HeyReach is hands down the best Linkedin automation tool, especially if your workflows are powered by Clay.

Why? It's intuitive to use, affordable, has webhooks and APIs (perfect for tech nerds like me) and their customer support is (at the very least not yet) real people that reply super fast and are genuinely nice people.

There's plenty of educational resources around using HeyReach with Clay and video prospecting too, so it makes using HeyReach super easy.

The only thing I dislike is the fact that their pricing is not favorable for just 1-2 seats.

The only thing I think could add value is the ability to send messages with the connected senders to specific users. For example: If a user replied via email but then stopped responding, being able to easily add them and send a message without needing to create a campaign for it.
