What do you like best about HeyReach?

I love that HeyReach is completely automated, which saves me a lot of time. Once I set up the workflow in a campaign, I only need to monitor when a prospect responds. I can send messages and attach files without having to open LinkedIn, which is incredibly convenient. Managing multiple LinkedIn accounts is much easier with HeyReach, as I can send messages to 100 prospects in a day without having to open each account. What do you dislike about HeyReach?

What do you like best about HeyReach?

I find HeyReach incredibly valuable due to its very clean interface, which makes it one of the few LinkedIn outreach tools that truly capitalizes on InMail hacks. This unique capability allows me to scale my LinkedIn outreach by 7 to 10 times, a remarkable boost in efficiency. Additionally, I can generate more replies from the same amount of prospects, thanks to its effective use of InMail. The initial setup was very easy, which made transitioning to HeyReach effortless. Its functionality for automating LinkedIn cadences and optimizing InMail utilization addresses key needs, making it an indispensable tool for LinkedIn outreach, particularly for those managing multiple clients. With such powerful features, I am extremely likely to recommend HeyReach to colleagues, rating it a 10 for individual LinkedIn outreach needs and a 15 for those running outreach for multiple clients. What do you dislike about HeyReach?

HeyReach’s native integration with Clay significantly simplifies lead enrichment processes by automating the addition of enriched leads directly, greatly benefiting my workflow. What do you like best about HeyReach?

What stood out to us right from the beginning was the simplicity of use. Our sales team a group that typically doesn't engage with technical tools on a daily basis was able to adopt it quickly and confidently after a brief onboarding. Since then, it's become a natural part of their workflow.

Another huge plus is the technical support team. They've been consistently available, genuinely helpful, and fast to respond. No scripted replies or delays, just honest, knowledgeable assistance whenever we needed it.

Before choosing Heyreach, I had explored several other tools. What made the difference was how the Heyreach team treated me, and they treated me as a partner, not just a lead. I never felt like I was being pushed toward a sale. Instead, they took the time to understand my context and challenges, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about helping my business grow, not just selling software.
