I really appreciate how easy it is to build data update automations and set up simple email outreach campaigns. The support team is great—they’re always committed to resolving issues as quickly as possible. We’ve set up a lot of notifications, which the system handles very well, and we also use multiple data update and copy automations. Once everything is set up, it’s mainly about monitoring the automations to ensure there are no issues. I was also impressed with how smooth the implementation process was. This is NOT a marketing automation platform. You can only do the most basic tasks which I think is what it was meant for. I would NOT recomend doing multiple drip campaigns through here as there is no easy way to suppress candidates/clients. There are multiple issues with this platform due to the enhancements that are being made. They do get fixed, but be prepared to wait 1-6 months for them to be fixed. The support team is good but the engineers are slow.
The dashboard for placements, submissions, etc is not accurate as we send emails to help support the funnel after a placement.

The support team is helpful, but engineering fixes can take time.
Additionally, the dashboard for placements, submissions, etc., is not always accurate, especially when emails are involved to support the funnel after a placement. Some specific issues we've encountered include:
The "is not" field stopped working when building lists.
Leads are not syncing correctly, and some fields are missing in Leads.
Candidates re-entering automations when they shouldn’t.
A PDF file size limit that wasn’t communicated until later.
Metric reporting miscalculations, inflating everyone's metrics by 50%.
Significant notification delays and syncing delays of up to 8 hours, which required us to pause all outreach automations.
