We've implemented HelpSquad on our website to ensure that our current and potential customers/employees are able to ask questions at any time from anywhere. In addition, the chats give us a better idea of the information that visitors are looking for, allowing our team to develop tools and content to further meet their needs.
What do you like best?
HelpSquad's customer service is fantastic--very responsive and works hand-in-hand with clients to ensure agents have as much information as possible to appropriately handle customer requests. The admin site, notifications, and ticket/traffic tracking system are easy to use.
What do you dislike?
I honestly don't have too much to add here. If anything, perhaps reminder to follow up with open tickets once they've been initially reported.
