"Patients love it"

Describe the project or task the provider helped with:

Our current and prospective patients browsing our dental practice website can now schedule appointments and ask general questions 24/7/365 thanks to friendly helpsquad agents. Patients can use live chat or simply text to ask questions which patients absolutely love.

What do you like best?

There were definitely mistakes at the beginning, but I appreciate how quickly and thoroughly those were addressed and never repeated. I like how helpsquad agents get better every day in addressing our patients' questions.

What do you dislike?

Really nothing to mention here. Like i said there were mistakes when we started with helpsquad with the way chats were handled but they were quickly addressed

Recommendations to others considering the provider:

If you would like to enable chat and text communication channel to your customers 24x7 at a negligible price, helpsquad agents is the way to go.

"Very effective"

Helpsquad agents made real difference in our lead acquisition numbers and customer retention

What do you like best?

helpsquad account manager is always on top of our account. Recommending changes, collecting answers agents were not able to field on their own. We increased our lead flow by 40% since we started using helpsquad

What do you dislike?

Not much to dislike. The price is right, the service is great

Recommendations to others considering the provider:

If you do not have enough staff to open chat lines 24/7 on your website, consider helpsquad

"Simple, Intuitive Tool & Great Team"

We've implemented HelpSquad on our website to ensure that our current and potential customers/employees are able to ask questions at any time from anywhere. In addition, the chats give us a better idea of the information that visitors are looking for, allowing our team to develop tools and content to further meet their needs.

What do you like best?

HelpSquad's customer service is fantastic--very responsive and works hand-in-hand with clients to ensure agents have as much information as possible to appropriately handle customer requests. The admin site, notifications, and ticket/traffic tracking system are easy to use.

What do you dislike?

I honestly don't have too much to add here. If anything, perhaps reminder to follow up with open tickets once they've been initially reported.

What do you like best?

That customers are able to text us on their phones regarding their orders

What do you dislike?

Had to think long and hard

"Increases Sales Immediately with HelpSquad!"

What do you like best?
