What do you like best about HelpCenter.io?

The main reason to choose HelpCenter.io was the fact that it integrates with Front. After running a test we were pleasantly surprised how easy-to-use yet advanced the system is.

Support from the HelpCenter.io Team is amazing. Questions are answered at lightning speed and tweaks are made to make the system better and/or easier to integrate. The team is reallu switched on.

Being able to manage several HelpCenters via one account is great. That really makes life easier when managing a variety of brands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HelpCenter.io?

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) would be great to secure the log-in process but that is a work in progress so it will be added soon. For now, a minor dislike but that will soon be taken care of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
