I like it that it provides more option on the search results.

**What do you dislike about HelpCenter.io?**

None for now, aside that sometime it provides generic answers on complex questions.

**What problems is HelpCenter.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well, this makes our jobs a lot easier and i like it that it can also be shared publicly.

**What do you like best about HelpCenter.io?**

The main reason to choose HelpCenter.io was the fact that it integrates with Front. After running a test we were pleasantly surprised how easy-to-use yet advanced the system is.

Support from the HelpCenter.io Team is amazing. Questions are answered at lightning speed and tweaks are made to make the system better and/or easier to integrate. The team is reallu switched on.

Being able to manage several HelpCenters via one account is great. That really makes life easier when managing a variety of brands.

**What do you dislike about HelpCenter.io?**

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) would be great to secure the log-in process but that is a work in progress so it will be added soon. For now, a minor dislike but that will soon be taken care of.

**What problems is HelpCenter.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our products and services are relatively simple but there are a lot of pre-sales questions from customers. Having all these Q&As on the website just got messy and made it harder for customers to find the info. So that leads to an increase in relatively simple questions, questions that a self-service portal like HelpCenter.io could tackle.

As the HelpCenter is so easy to use and runs as a separate entity, we're able to add more detailed info. It's the one-stop shop for customers to get their questions answered. Now staff can focus on other tasks.
