**What do you like best about HelloShift?**

HelloShift is an easy-to-use and excellent coordination tool between the hotel staff and the guests. There was no requirement of specific training for our staff to switch to HelloShift. Also because of its ease of use we were able to convince the guests to use the application.

**What do you dislike about HelloShift?**

There were few slowness issues in the beginning but the support team has done a great job in fixing the issue.

**What problems is HelloShift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The hotel chain switched to Helloshift and since then it has become a cost-effective way to manage our guests. Helloshift saves us a lot of time and reduces any possible miscommunication. The guests can easily use it for anything they require and even post reviews. Overall it has been a very satisfactory response from HelloShift.

**What do you like best about HelloShift?**

It's so easy to use! It's like Facebook. It also has tasks, checklists, lost & found etc. And a web widget for us to talk to website visitors.

**What do you dislike about HelloShift?**

Nothing to dislike. They are adding more features all the time.

**What problems is HelloShift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have to use logbooks and we are constantly in touch with our guests via SMS. We have received a lot more positive TripAdvisor reviews.
