What do you like best about HelloShift?

I really like that HelloShift is user-friendly and can be used on mobile devices. The messaging feature to guests is also very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HelloShift?

I find the delay in loading the guest messaging on HelloShift quite frustrating. It affects the efficiency of communication and slows down the process a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
