**What do you like best about HaloCRM?**

Connect with clients through email, text messages, chat, and calls among others, easy to use, implement, and intuitive, with excellent user support.

**What do you dislike about HaloCRM?**

The only thing is, the reports are not entirely good.

**What problems is HaloCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like the ease of use of the CRM and how we can now record all activities with clients and prospects in a reliable system, which means we can improve our sales and enhance customer services.

Customer servicing, solving all queries across platform and getting an overview all at one dashboard rather than multiple channels
