I like that it at least works. It blocks emails, it adds the banner, it gives the end user the ability to mark emails as junk/spam. Easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The support team is inexperienced and no help. After following their support procedures, I have found that their team does not have an effective process to have issues addressed within a reasonable amount of time.
Example:
There was a PDF stripped from a client email. When I attempted to recover the email from Graphus the platform failed and only provided "Attachment recovery error". After raising the issue with the vendor, it took them over a day to assign the issue, the support rep(Angel) could only manage one message per day and did not understand the request to recover the pdf from their system. After 2 weeks this became a time sensitive issue, and I connected with my AM about it 3 times along with escalating the issue on my side once and the issue is still unresolved. It has been a total of 3 weeks, and no progress has been made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
