What do you like best about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (now Acronis Cyber Platform)?

The price and ease of using the tool, the ease of deploying a single device or on a much larger scale, the price with great cost-benefit, the software is very lightweight, works on 99% of operating systems, besides being very practical for those responsible for the tool in other clients, as is our case, the support I receive when I need help to solve some never-before-seen failure is also excellent, both from Acronis and the supplier itself. What do you dislike about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (now Acronis Cyber Platform)?

The only issue with the software is the lack of native integration with MySQL. We have several clients in notary offices where I need to use another backup tool that is much more expensive because Acronis does not natively support MySQL. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (now Acronis Cyber Platform) solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use 95% of the tool for our cloud backup product, we offer the backup to the client and use Acronis as the medium. Now we are also using it for our Endpoint Security product, which exceeded expectations. I also recently participated in an event that talked about GenIA protection, and it could be a great product too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
