The documentation and dashboard are excellent, but there could always be more. I can monitor any deliverability issues and that we receive DMARC reports. It is a great alternative to even get started on a custom solution to receive DMARC reports **What do you dislike about Valimail?** I have been missing an option to send an email and be able to immediately verify alignment of the email through their service, and had to use a 3rd party service for it. Also it would have been great to be able to configure BIMI and MTA-STA help directly in their service too, but maybe those are just options I have not figured out yet. **What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves DMARC monitoring for us so that we have a place to automatically send DMARC reports to instead of setting up a custom solution for it that we would maintain. DMARC report collection should be standard with email companies, but Valimail solves this well for us and have been really helpful when we had an issue as well. ### 10. I can see all of the valid senders and account for them in my SPF as well as ensure DKIM is enabled for all my valid senders. **What do you dislike about Valimail?** The GUI is sometimes hard to navigate, and sometimes the information provided isnt always easy to understand. THe monitoring is also somewhat delayed but i attribute that to just valimail needing to injest the reports and make sense of them. **What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can now take ownership and account for the sending providers for my domains. Just recently someone from marketing signed up with Mailchimp and a whole bunch of emails were rejected thanks to our policy. I can see all the valuable information broken down into the appropriate graphs and sections for my monitoring, and with one click, able to quickly assess more detailed data. **What do you dislike about Valimail?** I am not a power user regularly, so I won't be able to state anything I dislike about this product. However, I would like to see more features being available for the DMARC fails monitoring dashboard to display the graphs and data in user-custom manner. **What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Able to view DMARC fail information and details that we have been able to use to improve our mail policies and DMARC, SPF and DKIM config. I have had two sessions with their support and they are very knowledgeable. **What do you dislike about Valimail?** As with any proprietary service, there is a risk of vendor lock-in. If you choose to switch providers in the future, the transition might not be seamless. For now the pricing seems fair, but it's always a concern when you become reliant on a system and have to renew contract. **What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ease of implementing new SPF records, and keeping that information out of public record. This helps make a relatively complex issue and a lot easier. **What do you dislike about Valimail?** the user experience in the portal can use some improvements to make the data more understandable. This would probably improve over time. **What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mostly SPF DMARK DKIM configuration and validation. These are relatively old standards, with poor documentation and inherently lack effective visability and reporting features. ### 45. I was used to doing it manually during the last 2 months, but it was impossible for about 30. Now it manages Valimail instead of me :-) . **What do you dislike about Valimail?** It would be nice to have some alert options - for example, notification to the admin when the amount of DMARC authentication from a specific source is over the limit... Also, some detailed analysis for specific mail flow would be nice.
