What do you like best about Barracuda Email Protection?

What do you dislike about Barracuda Email Protection?

Sometimes the bulk email can block legit email messages and doesn't seem to "learn" which emails are good. Viewing email attachments, saving them and then having to use a sandbox to view it for protection. If that could be part of viewing inside the email or sandbox within the console that would be easier. If the primary domain could be selected automatically when logging in that would be nice. New features are released regularly. Email backup for O365 users Preventing bad actors and impersonation of legit users from reaching the end user. No, the CEO or President does not want to surprise everyone with "gift cards"!
