Only thing that I've seen other services do better is displaying the original message upfront and quick access to attachments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration for its excellent accuracy. I have yet to see a DLP policy miss a trigger that wasn't my fault, and it's rare for legit mail to be blocked or quarantined. It's also rare for malware, phishing, or spam to get into users' inboxes. Simply put, it just works! I also appreciate how super simple the setup process is—just click create, log in with an admin—and you’re good to go. It's been a huge improvement over previous solutions because it rarely blocks legitimate mail and effectively protects against malicious emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The granularity of the portal and settings is grand, and many of the settings want to notify users and notify admins by default. Unless you really drill down into the settings and turn off some of these notifications, the platform can be very noisy - especially as you grow, as you could end up with meaningless alerts for hundreds of user requests. That said, this is a small issue compared to the problems the platform solves! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm delighted with Harmony Email and Collaboration, which has been a great support since its implementation. It has made a huge difference in how we handle email security without adding extra steps or slowing anything down. It quietly filters out threats and builds trust in the tool, especially with so many people working remotely and sharing files across different platforms. It simply works and allows us to focus on getting things done instead of worrying about phishing or data breaches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One small thing I don't like about Harmony Email and Collaboration is that sometimes the filtering is too strict and blocks important emails, forcing me to spend time checking the quarantine or changing the settings, but overall, these are minor inconveniences compared to the level of protection it offers. What I like less is the limited flexibility in certain customization areas. In some cases, it would be helpful to have more granular control over policies and rules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Really like how it adds an extra layer of security without getting in the way. It catches threats in emails and shared files before they become a problem, and it works smoothly with tools like Outlook and Teams. Makes everything feel safer without slowing things down. Sometimes it feels a bit too strict and flags things that are actually safe. It also takes a little time to get used to the settings and how everything works together. Not a big issue, but it can slow things down when you need to adjust something quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform offers visibility and control over the flow of information within the organization. It not only blocks threats but also provides a clear view of how files and messages move between users and applications. This helps us detect anomalous behavior and meet audit requirements effortlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the advanced configuration options can be complex at first, especially when adjusting policies for different user groups. Overall, the solution is robust, but it requires time and dedication to fully optimize it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has truly given me peace of mind because it blocks suspicious emails and phishing attacks that previously went unnoticed. It also integrates well with the company email and doesn't interrupt daily work. I use Microsoft 365 and I love its integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate how Avanan Cloud Email Security effectively catches sophisticated phishing attempts without generating too many false positives, which enhances our protection and confidence in email communications. The inline protection feature is particularly valuable, ensuring security measures are applied in a streamlined manner. I find the dashboard very user-friendly, as it allows me to easily review and remediate messages, providing clear insights into why certain emails were flagged. This level of transparency in reporting helps us understand the security landscape better. The advanced phishing detection capabilities significantly reduce the number of risky emails reaching users, which in turn cuts down on help desk tickets and potential incidents, relieving pressure on our support staff. Moreover, the setup process was notably easy and quick, minimizing the time needed for deployment and allowing us to focus on leveraging the product's capabilities. Overall, the seamless integration with our existing systems like SIEM, SOAR, and our identity provider further enhances our security posture by enabling alert correlation, automated response, and tying user risk profiles effectively.
