What do you like best about Valimail?

The fact that it is free for M365 customers

The simplicity of onboarding and initial setup of domains

The simplicity of most of the UI for reporting the current status of SPF/DMARC Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Valimail?

Looking at detailed information about a domain and the emails being sent does not do a great job at getting to an action. Attempting to separate known bad traffic from potential internal misuse takes significant time. No leadership view that would help make a case, it all needs to be reformatted to show a non-technical user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?

As we start with acquisitions, Valimail gives us a good baseline on what the domain is using to send emails. As many smaller orgs are not aware, this gives us some insight into services they may not be aware they are using that spoof email. A free tier allowing multiple domains is extremely helpful as paying per domain for smaller domains to do a quick recon is not feasible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
