There are a couple of “best” things I like about Adaptive, but I’d put the AI analysis of potentially malicious emails at the top of the list. This feature has dramatically reduced the internal resources we need for analysis and remediation. The Triage tool—especially the way it mitigates malicious emails in our email environment—has become a critical function for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’m not very impressed with the GUI, especially the selection bar on the left. It isn’t intuitive, and it’s not easy to find what you need without digging around. I’d recommend focusing on establishing a BASIC and EXEC dashboard, with a clearer view and more straightforward access to the tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
