Really easy to get started, we were up and running within 5 minutes. We are able to protect multiple tenants across multiple platforms with ease. After the learning period, false positives are very minimal

Streamlined Email Security, Peace of Mind

I like that Abnormal AI makes my mailbox cleaner and provides peace of mind by monitoring our Office 365 accounts for account takeovers. The software effectively blocks unwanted email spam, stops inbound threats, and organizes greymail, which enhances our email safety and management. The portal is extremely easy to use, simplifying the administration of email significantly. Additionally, the initial setup was smooth and uncomplicated, as changing a few MX records and coordinating with the Abnormal team ensured everything was correctly set up. This ease of use is a significant improvement over our previous provider, Barracuda, whose interface was difficult to manage. Overall, these aspects make me highly satisfied with Abnormal AI.
