GoFAST includes sovereign AI functionalities Onpremise or Private Saas. With the GoFAST solution - Federate collaborative working and replace the obsolete file server for: zero duplicates, zero attachments, zero version errors, zero wasted time and zero forgotten tasks. - A unified working environment that's quick to learn, avoiding "application libraries" and "information silos". GoFAST is a relevant Open-Source alternative to some GAFAM solutions (e.g. SharePoint-Office365-Teams). - Efficient document management from template to e-signature: contracts, public procurement contracts, minutes and reports, budgets, quality processes, agreements, invoices, letters... Its integration capabilities—especially with Odoo—greatly streamline business workflows. **What do you dislike about GoFAST DMS & DigitalWorkplace?** GoFAST lacks some native business process features, such as integrated management of dynamic business operations. However, these limitations are largely addressed by coupling GoFAST with Odoo, which adds flexibility by linking documents to business objects like tasks, projects, and workflows—enabling a more seamless, end-to-end experience. **What problems is GoFAST DMS & DigitalWorkplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** GoFAST effectively centralizes document management and ensures secure, collaborative editing with full version control and traceability. It solves the common challenges of scattered files, inconsistent versions, and lack of access control. By integrating it with Odoo ERP, we’ve extended these capabilities to our business processes—linking documents directly to operational tasks and projects. This greatly improves productivity, compliance, and team coordination. We would definitely recommend GoFAST to partners looking for a reliable and extensible document collaboration platform. ### 2. It can be used as a service (SaaS) or self hosted to get maximum confidence on your datas. We can use it every day as a team to perform collaborations around documents. The support listen the customers for new features (with a bit of time to release and sometime some extra money needed). **What do you dislike about GoFAST DMS & DigitalWorkplace?** The ergonomy is medium, if I compare to opponent like Teams or Google Workspace, but we can not compare almost infinite budget of GAFAM in UX/UI vs small companies and open source. **What problems is GoFAST DMS & DigitalWorkplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easier collaboration with people in team, or outside the company. Document version manager and collaborative edition. Electronic sign is a good thing too ! ### 3. All in a SOVEREIGN manner and based on open source. **What do you dislike about GoFAST DMS & DigitalWorkplace?** One might consider the question of integrating an email client, but at the same time, this is often a drastic change for those accustomed to usual platforms like Exchange/Google.
