Great customer experience **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Jasmine S. | Conseillère à l'Exportation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2023 **What do you like best about Global Payments?** Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable which makes them stand out from the competition regardless of their fees, but I must admit they don't always disclose all the fees straight to you on the phone. **What do you dislike about Global Payments?** As mentioned earlier, they're more expensive than the competition and they fail to mention certain "hidden fees" over the phone, you'll only find out about them in the very bottom of the email they'll send you right after requesting your signature so make sure to read it properly before signing anything. **What problems is Global Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a great tool for us as it accepts all credit cards and can then make it an easy and smooth experience for our clients. Only thing is sometimes you'll face technical issues with the machine. ### 3. However, they begin to differ when they provide services to accommodate regional or country specific payment processing requirements. **What do you dislike about Global Payments?** Global Payments may encounter unique rules and regulations specific/unique to a country or region. Therefore the processor may not be able to accommodate the processing needs for that merchant. The merchant might have to utilize multiple processors. **Recommendations to others considering Global Payments:** The merchant must understand their consumer's online payment preferences of the country the consumer is located. **What problems is Global Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?** When it comes to country-specific consumer online payment habits, a merchant must integrate with a processor that can accommodate/offer such payment processing services. Having done so, I have delighted and increased my online consumer base. ### 4.
