I really like Global Payments for a few reasons. The support and partner management are great, which makes a big difference. The payment solution is easy to integrate for our customers, streamlining payments effectively. I also value the tokens feature to save credit cards since it's PCI compliant, ensuring security. I don't really have any complaints about Global Payments. There's nothing really that doesn't work for me. I do wish they had more wireless devices, but I know that's something they're working on, so it's not a big issue right now. As mentioned earlier, they're more expensive than the competition and they fail to mention certain "hidden fees" over the phone, you'll only find out about them in the very bottom of the email they'll send you right after requesting your signature so make sure to read it properly before signing anything.
