I’m really impressed with the Azure DevOps Connector for Jira by Getint! This app makes syncing work between Jira and Azure DevOps feel effortless: no more manual updates or jumping between tools. It is super easy to do the setup, and I love how it keeps any data in sync automatically. The interface is intuitive, and the powerful field mapping and filter options let you tailor the integration exactly to your team’s needs.

We implemented the Getint integration to connect our Jira tenant with two other instances, and the solution has exceeded our expectations. The setup was straightforward, and the integration has been seamless and reliable in day-to-day operations.

The Getint support team deserves special mention. Their 24/7 availability through chat and live agents, quick response times, and willingness to join calls for troubleshooting or guidance truly make them a partner rather than just a vendor.

Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the product and the support

Easy integrations, ease of use, quick responses and great help from support. Intelligent design and good value.

**What do you dislike about getint.io?**

No real downsides, actual humans helping with real concerns and troubles and very eager to help and responds quickly.

We struggled at first having to migrate from Zendesk to Jira but Getint made it very easy with their tool. It would've taken several hours to just make the setup ourselves. Getints tool was ready to use out of the box.

What I like best about Getint.io is that it’s simple and fast to set up. You don’t need heavy custom scripting or complex configuration to get real value. The interface is clean, the synchronization logic is easy to understand, and you can configure integrations quickly without spending weeks in implementation

So far, so good — it’s been smooth and reliable.

Getint.io solves the problem of keeping different project management tools in sync,  without manual updates, duplicated work, or misalignment between teams.

For me, the benefit is clear: less manual effort, fewer errors, and better collaboration. It allows different departments or external partners to work in their own tools while staying aligned, which saves time and reduces friction in multi-team or multi-company environments.

**What do you like best about getint.io?**

GetInt made it possible to migrate our Jira data without losing the integrity of our tickets. We were able to retain full ticket history, comments, custom fields, and formatted descriptions—things that would have been completely lost with a standard Excel export/import. The tool itself is intuitive and well-documented, and what really stood out was the support. The GetInt team was extremely responsive, willing to hop on calls, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed despite a significant time zone difference.

**What do you dislike about getint.io?**

I wasn't intimately familiar with Jira on an admin level which made my learning curve steeper and caused some initial trail-and-error during testing. That said, once this was understood—and with help from the documentation and support team—things became much clearer.

**What problems is getint.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GetInt helped us migrate Jira data between instances without sacrificing critical context and history. We were transitioning between development providers under a very tight timeline, and all of our Jira tickets lived in an instance we didn’t own. GetInt allowed us to fully migrate everything we needed—accurately and reliably—so we could maintain continuity, historical reference, and internal knowledge. Without it, we would have lost a significant amount of valuable information.

I use getint.io to integrate Jira and Jira Cloud. It solved tracking issues and tickets across Jira platforms without requiring additional follow-ups, logins, or email dependency. I appreciate the ease of development, and I can configure it and just leave it. The initial setup was very easy.

I find the frequent updates a bit inconvenient.

**What do you like best about getint.io?**

Our Jira partner suggested us to use GetInt as a sync tool between Jira and Azure DevOps. Our partner and the GetInt support team were always available to clarify every doubt and to help us to set up correctly all the configurations. The addon includes a wizard that helps you to set up correctly every parameter and each configuration is well described. The support team is responsive and takes care of your issues in a very short time.

**What do you dislike about getint.io?**

Nothing to say. Everything worked since the first time.

GetInt support was really helpful to solve problems regarding the licencing and the configuration of some custom fields.

The service and support provided are outstanding, and the tool itself is both excellent and highly functional for syncing and migrating data between Jira and Monday.

So far, I have nothing negative to mention. Everything has been good.

Migration from Jira to Monday.com. Getint's capabilities allow us to effectively map and bring over Jira elements into the Monday ecosystem - it's the best option we've found to do this kind of work.

**What do you like best about getint.io?**

Our product team is small and needed a reliable integration for working with a vendor.  GetInt allows us to automatically synch our issues, saving us hours of work weekly.  We're able to document only once, which improves our staff quality of life and allows us to rest assured that our information is where we need it when we need it.  We use it daily, and it was very easy to implement!

**What do you dislike about getint.io?**

If you don't read the fine print, it can seem like you might need to set up both instances of a Jira to Jira connection with the integration, however this will cause an infinity mirror for your issues.  However, the team was super responsive to my support ticket and was very kind, even meeting with me one-on-one.

**What problems is getint.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is integrating our Jira instance with a vendor's jira instance.  Because we are a small startup, we couldn't afford to pay for a) the external developers to be users on our jira instance or b) the tools they use for development.  This allows us to effortlessly synch our two instances.  Previously, this work was all manual and took many hours of work each week.

**What do you like best about getint.io?**

What I like most about getint.io is the ease of integrating different instances of Jira and Jira Service Manager on my local instance.
The setup was truly fast and intuitive.
Once deployed, it provides a global overview of all projects and services, ensuring consistent management and improving response time.
Likewise, the ease of integrating custom fields offers the flexibility you need, providing a comprehensive view while respecting the unique characteristics of each project.

**What do you dislike about getint.io?**

One aspect that could be improved is the interval between synchronizations, as it is not instantaneous and changes might occur before the update. This should be managed either manually or through automation.

**What problems is getint.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getint.io addresses a fairly widespread problem: centrally managing different ITSM projects across various environments and with methodologies that are not necessarily homogeneous.
Without a centralized view, there is a significant risk of losing critical information, detecting it too late, and incurring high management efforts.
With Getint.io, a unified view is achieved, improving response times and service quality.

Some features are still under development.
Configuration is required on a project-by-project basis; there's no automation.

We are solving a cost and connectivity problem, currently we have a very high cost and many conflicts between the ServiceNOW and Jira integration.

It does what it's intended to do.  It is successfully taping into two platforms and syncing the tickets appropriately.

It's tied directly into the API of the services.  So any limitations of the services API will follow through.

We want to be able to sync two services ticketing systems so that we do not need duplicative tickets.
