"An excellent tool for tracking spending, saving money, and staying on budget"

What do you like best?

G2 Track gives us a complete view of our SaaS/tech spending and alerts us to abnormalities. It also helps us identify shadow IT spend, manage all of our contracts (contract value, expiration/renewal reminders, etc.), and it lets us know how many users are actually using the SaaS products we purchase. For example, if we were using Zoom and paying for 30 licenses, but only 10 are ever being used, G2 Track would alert us, and we could adjust our license count. What do you dislike?

There isn't much to dislike about this product. Most the features we've requested have been added, and it's continually being updated. We would like to see a 2FA option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I needed a better grasp on tech spend. I was only able to review my budget quarterly with Finance; now I can do it any time. I've already saved money by identifying shadow IT spend and unneeded licenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool to track software spending"

What do you like best?

I like the ability to track my software spend at any given point for any given time. It is convenient and the interface is user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There is no way to view spend in a filtered format and that sometimes means we need to make manual adjustments or use other software to accurately see our spend (without cost of sales, for example, affecting our view of spend). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
