"Effortless Subscription Management with Cledara"
What do you like best about Cledara?

I really like Cledara because it's really easy to use, and multiple people across different parts of the company can use it. It restricts any extra payments, which makes it safe from an accounting perspective and keeps everything in one place. I appreciate its simplicity and that it's user-friendly for anyone. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward. It was very user intuitive and needed minimal training—just sign in, create the account, and that was it, really. I also like how it reminds you if you haven't uploaded an invoice, even if it's not auto-uploading ones, and you get access to see card details and make changes. It monitors subscriptions so you can see if you really need them, use them, or if there's any value in them, and I find this very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cledara?

Sometimes, different platforms won't auto upload the invoices. Not every platform integrates, I think. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Best Tool for Managing Multiple Software Costs"
What do you like best about Cledara?

The best tool for managing multiple software costs. The fixed and soft card options are very helpful for keeping better control of expenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cledara?

If there is an export option for the application added. It would help us to submit the reports Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Full Transparency with Cledara, But Setup is a Task"
What do you like best about Cledara?

I like that Cledara allows us to have the full picture in one application. It helps ensure we have full control of what software we are using at the company. We can make strategic decisions on where we can save money, make decisions on budgeting, and solve the problem of general business spend transparency. It allows us to see full transparency of cost and cash flow and tools and their usage in our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cledara?

Cledara is exceptionally detailed to set up. It takes a lot of manual time and effort to list all of the applications and insert all of the correct renewal dates and invoices. It's also quite a task to get a large organization up and running, onboarded, bought in, and using Cledara. The main challenge has just been getting everything set up. I would recommend doing it as early as possible in the journey of your business as later on it would be quite a task to fully set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automates Payments with Unmatched Ease"
What do you like best about Cledara?

I love Cledara's automatic payment feature as it helps us automate payments to many suppliers, making it less mundane and repetitive compared to using traditional payment methods like internet banking. It's handy to link Cledara to our invoicing inbox, allowing us to download all invoices with one click at the end of the month, saving time from downloading each invoice individually. I have never used anything like it before, and it seems really innovative. The initial setup was really easy and user-friendly, and Cledara's team was available and willing to help, which still feels the same way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cledara?

We're satisfied with the product and have no further feedback at this time. Keep up the great work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Virtual Cards and Seamless Account Management"
What do you like best about Cledara?

I like most the funkctionalities - virtual cards (easy to create, ease to delete or deactivate); login tracking in Engage (used both for quarterly login audits and also to delete accounts during employees offboarding ; reminders upon agreements termination date; accounting fields to manage in ERP Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cledara?

Automatic upload of invoices doesn't work properly (many invoices are not uploaded despite theay are sent to a proper address and have "invoice" in the topic; a feature that we are missing is informing us upfront if the next day /few days planned payments exceed the amount we keep on Cledara account (it happened once that by coincident two major payments were around the same day and one was not paid because the amount on the account was too low); tracking is imperfect as does not alow tracking those on MackBooks or other explorer than default. "Streamlined Subscription Management with Cledara"
What do you like best about Cledara?

I really like the visibility that Cledara offers into hidden costs and upcoming renewals. It's been a game changer for maintaining a lean budget. It's also the perfect solution for growing companies looking to centralize their stack and regain control over their digital tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cledara?

I don't like the technical issues with the Gmail integration, which we've found to be inconsistent. It sometimes misses invoices in connected accounts, forcing teams to set up manual auto forwarding rules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Enhanced Subscription Management with Cledara's Responsive Support"
What do you like best about Cledara?

I really appreciate how easy to use Cledara is, especially considering its clean interface, which makes it accessible even for those not in finance. This ease of interaction encourages broader use across our organization. The support team is consistently responsive, which adds to the positive experience. The renewal features are particularly valuable, allowing us to monitor upcoming renewals, avoid surprise costs, and negotiate better deals. I find the benchmarking aspect beneficial for comparing with other companies. The workflows for access requests streamline processes for onboarding new employees, managing existing employees, and effectively dealing with offboarding, which enhances operational efficiency. Virtual cards are a fantastic addition, providing flexibility with spending limits and better visibility of all our expenses. This feature simplifies the process for employees who may not have company cards to make approved one-off purchases, further extending management control over spending. Overall, Cledara gives us better control and visibility over our SaaS spend, which is immensely beneficial for our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cledara?

I find the integration with our accounting system lacking, as we're not currently on the list of systems that Cledara links to. This means we have to manually export CSV files and upload them, adding more manual intervention than we would like. Additionally, handling multiple entities is not as seamless as it could be; it would be beneficial if we could integrate them into our whole subscription package rather than taking out a totally new subscription. "Cledara for Finance: clear SaaS control, fewer surprises"
What do you like best about Cledara?

As a Finance Director in e-commerce, we run a large, fast-changing SaaS stack across marketing, ops, CX, and data. Cledara gives us one place to see, approve, and control everything. Ownership and soft budgets are easy to set up, so accountability sits with teams while Finance keeps guardrails. Credits on spend lower our effective cost over time, which helps offset fees and small tools that add up. Day-to-day approvals are quick, and the overview makes month-end cleaner—fewer surprises, fewer duplicate payments, and clearer cost allocation by cost center or team. Implementation was straightforward, and new approvers pick it up quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cledara?

Two improvements would create more automatic savings. First, stronger on-/offboarding support—eg, HRIS-driven prompts, per-tool playbooks, and checklists—so seats and cards are reclaimed when people move roles or leave. Second, more prescriptive insights: flag overlapping tools, recommend license right-sizing based on usage, and surface renewal benchmarks with suggested actions. For multi-market e-com, deeper guidance on duplicate vendors across entities and currencies would also help convert visibility into cash savings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very convenient for managing subscriptions"
What do you like best about Cledara?

Cledara has completely simplified how I manage software and subscriptions. The platform makes everything easy to view and organise, and I always know I’m up to date with invoices. It also fully integrates with our finance system, which saves a huge amount of time and energy as I no longer need to reconcile accounts manually.

I especially love the ability to issue separate cards for each subscription. If someone leaves the company, I can instantly cancel the card linked to their licence while waiting on customer service, which saves so much time and avoids unnecessary charges. It gives me full visibility, control, and confidence in managing our SaaS stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cledara?

It does add an extra step to the process, since I need to top up the account rather than having subscriptions come directly from the main bank account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear Oversight and Better Control with Cledara"
What do you like best about Cledara?

I’m quite new to Cledara, having used it for only a couple of months, but I’m already very impressed. The platform has significantly improved the way we manage our software subscriptions — everything now feels organised and under control.

We no longer have multiple subscriptions spread across different credit cards, which used to make tracking spend and renewals a real challenge. With Cledara, everything is centralised and easy to oversee.

The interface is intuitive and clear, giving us full visibility over payments, renewals, and budgets. Even in a short time, it’s made a noticeable difference to how efficiently we manage our software.

Overall, Cledara is well designed, effective, and has given us much greater control and transparency. I would recommend it to any business looking to simplify and streamline their subscription management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cledara?

The USD account is new, and there are several important grey areas that have been challenging and need clarification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
