One area that was a bit tricky was international payments to India — it sometimes depended on the receiving bank whether payments would go through smoothly. While not entirely Volopay’s fault, clearer transparency around cross-border transfers would definitely help. That said, we were eventually able to work around it using different banks. ### 3. As a sales guy, there are lots of expenses to do and it's pretty easy for us to keep track of individual receipts. Before this, the mobile app didn't have a camera feature so it was terrible UX but now it's great. **What do you dislike about Volopay?** We can't group this by trips or a business meeting which can be a little tricky. And I've heard feedback from my manager that she literally get an email for every single receipt that goes through. Also while logging in, you have to enter your email twice. The card balance allocation system was also confusing but they have already removed it.
